Went for dinner at the roof top restaurant. I must say the place is well maintained with a great environment and facilities. The place is soothing to eye and the orchestra was really great. The quality and quantity was food was also good. I really loved the place and the staff was also supportive and helpful.It is a must visit place with family and friends..

Food is fine...how ever service is very poor. You keep on waiting for your food.. Do improve your service, much needed. Along with that, there was a mistake in bill these guys added food beverage which is not even consumed by us. Make sure you cross verify everything.

The place is nice, rooftop pool side cafe is beautiful.But the service is worstedIssue faced on the first trip:-Music was very loud even after asking anytime they didnt redus that. Also the speaker was very old and bad quality.If there is only one table else then your they are not able to provide you beer glasses.They will give you Roasted peanuts as complementary but they would be without salt.There was nothing available form the menuNo evenPaneer tikkaChicken tikkaTanuri chickenDahi k sholeEven the basic stuff was not availableBecause of the Water vapours the atmosphere was very humid.I dont think I was be able to go there again or suggestions any one to go there

The place is the worst to do any family function, they threaten you to stop the function in between and clear the remaining amount. Service was the really bad, waiters tend to stay inside the marriage hall and roam around without doing anything. No proper parking facility. These people have no experience of hosting a marriage function. Please save yor money and spend it at a better venue.

I enjoyed the dinner with my brother here on terrace. Basically it was a celebration of electoral win.It has nice ambience, live music performing on new Bollywood beats, live kitchen food being prepared in front of you. The food is very fresh, soft and delicious.The staff is quite nice, available at your service all around the time. It has nice bar on terrace where you can enjoy soft drinks as well as liquor. It is very memorable experience enjoying some precious moment of the life with your loved ones in the star lit sky while music playing in the background.

It was nice to visit krome hotel and restaurant.Service are good.,If u r think to go with ur frnds or gf, then i suggest you to go at eveng tym, bcz the view from upper house. Drinks 🍻r also available here., overall its good .

Its a Nice Hotel with Bar situated on main Delhi Road before Partapur inGood for all Business Travellers to Delhi Road Industrial Area .A lot of Factories and offices are there near this hotel.Its also Good for Weeding and similar events.Rooms ; Nice spacious rooms well curated .Service ; Overall its Good.Ambience : Nice Dark Ambience which may seem dull to few .Rates : Rates are average and fluctuate from time to time.. mostly increase in wedding season.

Spacious and beautiful rooms. Centralised AC could have been better.(AC problem might be associated with specific room). Roof top pool and restaurant area is the best part. Overall Hotel Krome is value for money.

Krome is quite connected with the main expressway. One can miss to locate its facade due to traffic but the neon lightnings did their work. Service was fast like their kitchen staff (very friendly). One of the best places in Meerut to take a pit stop either during exit or entry. Cheers!

Krome is gud for lunch. Food is awesome.

The hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff. The food was delicious too. They did not have a pantry where you could get drinking water from, we had to buy water. Also, there was no place where you can press your clothes. They offered to get it done but it was a paid service.

Considering the location, its one of the best hotels. One of my friend marriage was there in a near by farm house. We 3 friends stayed here. Rooms are pretty awesome. Though there was problem in lift and we had to climb 4 floors. But hotel was great including the breakfast. Facilities inside the room. Restroom cleanliness etc

Location and approach to near mall n markets is perfect. Teriff plans are easy to pocket.. food and room service was good but overpriced....cleanliness is good... but staff at the reception are not soft spoken and polite leaves the impression of hotel on bad side.. overall everything is perfect at the reasonable cost.

Dont go by the average rating here... more than 50% of the comments are posted by their staff members.Once the booking was done and card distribution started.. everyone started speaking ill about it and I thought it must have been their one off bad experience and ignored it.And then comes the day, whatever I heard about the hotel started ballooning in front of my eyes and I was helpless.There wasnt enough food, it was taking for ever to send food/snakcs. I cant believe how much money I have spent with no service and it wasnt a big gathering either, which I could say difficult to manage.Dakait hai yeah loag... I should have listen to people earlier and avoided this hotel.. Rooms were stinking as well..had horrible experience..
