Worst service by idelta Meerut I bought brand new macbook air m1 from idelta Meerut and it got some problem I took to service centre they have my macbook from more than 3 WEEKS and unable to repair it. So replace it but they are also NOT replacing it. I have my exams and studies .I recommend all the customer dont buy product from idelta Meerut .. Apple should bann I delta service.

The owner of the store has an attitude problem he doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. I went there to buy MacBook charger but he ignored my question and started doing other work. Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this particular shop

Went to enquire about iMac. The staff there was just not interested in giving any details. Had to move out of the store. Shall buy from Delhi where the staff is much more professional.

Service is quick but staff is very small. Very suffocate inside the service centre.

No cooperative staff and very irritating, I have requested for earphone replacement they accept the request and give me a receipt and told me to visit another day whenever they let me know. After 2-3 day I got call and I asked if my friend visit the store instead of me with image of receipt then will you provide the earphone to him? They said YES and also said He has to come along with Image of receipt and his original ID then will provide but when my friend visit the store with required documents staff denied to provide earphone even they denied to talk, he just wanted to know about any alternate at that point of time nothing else.Really this experience was very bad, please provide the right information on calls, so what you said and what you actually required both don’t contradict and how customers get satisfied with your services this should be your priority.

No parking facilityNobody came to attend to the issue for about 10-15 minutes. Staff was free but no prompt offer of help.Issue wasnt investigated properly. Said it is because of liquid getting into airpods but I am sure that never happened.Ok, these are all OK for other brands but one expects a lot better from Apple.

I had an issue with the adapter of my iphone 11 pro, that wasn’t working but was in warranty. I went at this service centre and they attended me very well there. Even in this lockdown situation when the stock isn’t available they arranged a new adapter for me only within 8-10 days. I am satisfied with the services specially Mr. Mohammad Afaaq helped me a lot.

The service was not very fast but faster than you would expect at a regular Apple service centre. And they offer same day deliveries of devices after service, although some terms and conditions apply. If you wanna get your Apple device serviced in Meerut, you should choose iDelta over F1 Solutions service centre near Metro Plaza.

The service cetre Lacks prompt responses and promised turn around time.

Disgusting service nobody care for customer. They say we can provide service if laptop is less than 5 years old.It means I buy rs 200000 laptop and I have to bear rs 50,000 for their service.Disgusting place please never visit them.They say you do whatever you want to do with your laptop we wont do its service because it is more than 5 years old.

Absolute amazing experience at the idelta service centre, meerut. Courteous staff, Mr. Sakib was very polite and helpful. My faulty ipad charger was replaced on spot. Prompt and assuring service. A big thanks to the Service centre team.

Poor, manner-less staff. I went there to get a fix for my iphone. I said Hello, the man didnt even reply, i asked if he knew what could be done, he said Service centre is closed. come tomorrow. I said, Could you atleast look at my device, maybe we dont need to go the service centre. He said no, come tomorrow only. Pathetic response.Later, on my way back, went to a local phone shop and got my phone working for rs 100. :)Apple stores and service centres are just as useful as their phones. They are not...

These are Authorized Premium Store, looks Apple gave the license to some black marketeers, because they have enough stock of IphoneX but they are forcing you to buy with iwatch? Isnt strange, there is no such offer by Apple India. And action need to be taken against such stores, which trying to increase their sales because they know, products like watch is very difficult to sale alone.
