One of the worst courier service. Have sent one courier through them on 05.oct.2019 to sahibabad which should reach the very next day but to my surprise same not delivered till 10.oct.2019, when contacted the dtdc office they were not taking any responsibility for this delay and explaining the holidays unnecessarily. The monetary losses because of this pathetic service is also appreciable. Strongly not recommended DTDC.
