This is a long post but please read thoroughly before you get into any contract with themGIST: promised not kept up to, deadlines ignored - you would eventually end up working on your website, marketing yourselves post paying them fully.Its quiet unfortunate that I have to even post about them but i felt it was necessary to keep people informed -Took CRM services from them - worked well fro sometime and one day randomly everything crashed and we lost almost 30-40 valuable customers database and our services came to a standstill for those customers not being able to reachout to them. Accepted the fault hoping troubles happen once in a while.Made a very bad decision of getting a website made by them - my suggestion 1st and foremost is to rather go for expensive options or if you wish to go with them make sure you add clauses of what if they do not deliver on time, what if they get changes implemented months later, what if a quarter of your year has passed and the website is still not finished.Here is my story - I made full payment for the website and nowa. my website is not yet complete and these guys have stopped caring about it at all - false deadlines and promises is the last thing you hear from them.b. as per contract on-page SEO was there work - none done, not even meta tags which takes hardly a minute. If I count the no. of mails, reach out, texts, calls I have to make to each and every individual of there company to get 1 work done would be around 20-30 and mostly your work will still not be done.Having made the full payment, they have absolutely taken our work for granted. I am not a developer but have hired a technical consultant just to communicate with them and learning SEO my-selves so at-least my website start showing up. Forget expecting replies from them on e-mails.I do have complaints about the staff and there way of dealing but i guess every consumer company will have such issues so I am keeping with just what was not followed basis the contract.Getting a website made not by a freelancer and them was so I could get into other important aspects of my business but right now I even had to step out of operations to work with them round the clock.I literally beg to them to get my work done, receive calls and that it.NOTE: they might promise you a website on wordpress initially, tell you its simple html and make it on asp.net. Its been 2-3 months I got into the website agreement with them and I am almost exhausted following up with them all day.Piece of advice to people buying there services: either have a very rigid contract mentioning fines they would compensate for if things are not on track or rather find a better alternatives.Good people - Bad co-ordination, slow workWriting this post at 12.30 at midnight, cause I am exhausted trying to learn and do work which was supposed to be theirs

26/04/18: CRM was sold to me with several promises about their work quality and promptness. But with time, their service has become pathetic. For last one and half years, I have been calling them almost each next day only to get a false promise in return. Always Im given a date which never comes and they dont even bother informing for the delay. In worst, they stop answering the calls on date they were supposed to deliver the work. I have come across many software companies, but never had such a poor quality of response. I regret purchasing their product and wasting my time with them, And now Im looking for other company for my CRM work.Update 08/05/18: After writing above review, same day they called and again a new date 28/04/18 was given to me (if they need, I can share screenshot of our WhatsApp conversation), which Im still waiting even today. I believe they follow a different calendar.P.S.: Ill keep updating here about their good work and how prompt they are :)

Hi Smartlogics, here is your feedback-In past, Smartlogics has always shown smartness and logics for how they failed providing services at given time. Most of the times they dont have technical staffs in office, many of the times they are busy with serving other vendors, other times they are still working on the problem which never gets completed, and some time they have some personal problems. They have sent second renewal of URL and irony is that they have not even completed the basic structure of software like Proposal module and others. Meanwhile they even start selling their new software while they know the fact that old software is still incomplete.But one thing is sure they have- smartness to not call/complete on given time and logics to justify why they couldnt complete it. Keep it up Smartlogics.
