This small shop is situated in very less known locality Rithani, near Partapur on old Delhi-Meerut highway. Dont go to the name, the proprietor with nick name Kallu can beat any international chef if given an opportunity. His noodles are best I have had in India as well as abroad. Can you imagine soya chunks, green peas soaked in vinegar and fried with his special masalas? His chowmin is no doubt the best Desi version and far healthy then anyone else.
