A little expensive place as compared to the taste n quality of the food .. i tried pizza here.. taste was not at all like pizza..really disappointed ☹but oreo shake was worth trying😋overall ambiance n decor of the place is nice!

Celebrated my fathers 50th bdy in this restaurant. For around 50 people it costed us 35k around 3 years agoA nice place to have dinner at.

The restaurant can be easily located from the main road (Photo enclosed).Interior is elegant, romantic and perfect for a date or a get together.The food is good. We tried hot and sour soup which was yumlicious and a perfect appetisers. Though the waiters didnt serve the ordered quantity, accepted their mistake but didnt bother to serve the balance quantity even when asked.We ordered Lebanese food (Flavia special shawarma roll). Instead of the baked cover it was a maida roti cover. Stuffing was good but the roti didnt go well, they need to reinvent the dish. We also tried Chicken Lasagne which was well prepared and presented. Its worth a try. Garlic bread was good and was a good combination with the ordered dish.They have long table seating for family get together as well as short tables with sofas for small gathering.Ambience 5/5Food 4/5Staff 3/5Location 5/5

Food is okay in taste, but serving is not so good.

It is a simple restaurant, no fancy things.What I felt commendable was service and what was disgraceful was the congestion caused by small tables which seem overloaded with normal stuff only.Honestly seating arrangement makes you really uncomfortable.Besides rate wise it is reasonable .

I guess Meerut is working on the ambience part more rather than working on taste. The taste is missing from almost all big names. High on cost, low on taste. A thumbs up for the environment but a yuk for the taste. When you pay 1000 for 2 people you expect a great taste experience from the restaurant but the experience was not even worth 300 for 2 people. The small shops are cooking better food than this place.

Service is poor..Quantity is also decreased as compared to what was there few months back as per my cousins previous experience.I too felt same .. as Prices are higher as compared to quantity.Though food was fine..

The restaurant provides very poor customer experience. To start with, the furniture is very uncomfortable, dining tables are very high and sofas too low, forcing uncomfortable posture. The serving staff is pathetic. They fought and abused each other too loudly in front of customers. The manager was not present in the restaurant and the receptionist took it too lightly on complaining. The atmosphere and ambience of restaurant is below standard contrary to what it looks from outside. Food just contains garlic. Anything you order it will give you as if you are eating garlic. So this restaurant is not suggested for families.

Worst service I always encounter every time I visit this place for any function. Today was height as I asked to bring the order after 10min,and after reminding several times the waiter brought the platter after 40min.Even water reffilling was a major ignorance.And what to say for coffee, worst coffee in so called fine type restaurant in Meerut. Seriously if they keep on attending their customers in such way, undoubtedly they will have to close this restaurant in very soon time.

The environment is very cozy nd food quality is superb. Hukka is also available. There is a hall if anyone wants to throw a birthday bash.

I think their party hall is great if u have gathering of 15-20 people ..quality and quantity of food is to the mark..nice interior..music system also available.Washrooms are clean..staff is professional and you can have personal time there too

Worst experience ever . Had a party organised . The food was completely tasteless . Had to chase staff for the food and people kept waiting for bread . Also; the AC wasn’t working properly , with this humidity it was very difficult to cope up. People kept waiting for tea and ironically it was served with dessert, who does that ?? Very uncooperative staff . Highly unrecommended .

The ambience tantamounts to a rich restaurant in meerut.The 3 sections in the restaurant makes you more comfortable..As the lounge is separated from the dining area..

Not that awesome in taste like its look...But it is a good place for a meeting or reunion.It looks awesome.

With a hefty price tag they dont live upto the expectations.The ambiance is good with uncomfortable furniture.The food is OK but could do better.The drinks are the worst part.We ordered IRISH SMOOCH and ended up drinking a glass full of coke.While making The ferrero Rocher shake, they probably ran out of the chocolate made the shake using minimal amount of the same.The CHOCOLATE FANTASY was a sheer disappointment.The brownie tasted stale.I wouldnt think to go again here cause its not a value for money place to go.
