They were very knowledgeable. We did not end up getting the product we were looking for as it wasnt in stock. However, they still had great customer service and I will definitely contact them in the future if in need of help/products

Friendly Service.Knowledge was lacking when questioned about Work Stations and Needs for Video/Audio Editing and Augmented Reality DEV.A Few Youtube Videos and some Knowledge base tips could help staff answer more of these niche questions.

They dont honor their quotes. Fail to communicate to customers about delays.

My experience with Memory Lane computers was bad. i had brought a video card in that had needed a heat sink and fan replacement because the OEM one was on its way out.I was told it would only take till early to mid afternoon. so i brought in the hardware. I hadnt heard back so i called them around 3 to get an update. The gentleman has said there was missing parts from the box, Specifically a plastic shroud.i quickly found it and rushed down to get it to them. once i arrived they have brought the after market cooler out to me with a missing post to mount it to the video card and the fourth post in bits.with out it the after market heat sink cannot be used and possibly not returned. When i was talking to the technician i was toldthe post looked to already be a little bit bent and he continued to try and use it instead of calling me.as a person whos worked in the customer service as well as IT sector, this is unacceptable. No call for follow up or call to let me know anything was missing. instead the tech tried to use the apparently defective part, broke it, and then even tried to jerry rig it a second time to make it work without contacting me.It doesnt end there. later that night i received a text from the tech about rectifying the situation. in which i was hesitant at first and then i was going to allow it.so i was going to make a deal. if he could get the OEM fans to replace the dead ones with i would let them do the repair. he said he would see if he could source the Parts.so i sent a link to an ebay ad to what i had found. and received no response back. with 8 hours of the store being open the next day, no response from the Tech.

Needed some DDR3 memory and brandon or brayden was kind enough to supply me with some new sticks for my computer at a very reasonable price, will be coming back in the future for all my PC component needs.

Number one computer store in Medicine Hat with the others so far behind you cant see number two. Been dealing with them for over 30 years, consistently good and fair. I dont go anywhere else.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Staff here are all certified college graduates with certifications in their field and a company thats been in business over 30 years! Much better than a corporation like best buy or staples that wont even hire certified techs as they are over qualified. Buy local support local! And the money stays in our community vs a giant corporation that doesnt care about the little guy!

Had my gaming computer in for over 2 weeks in total, and was met with waiting, being told nothing is wrong, and then less than a week later getting a blue screen after spending 430$ on a new power supply that “may be the problem”. Went back in, and was told there were memory errors, so I ordered 300$ ram, and was told it was working fine, to find my problem was not solved from the very start after spending another 210$ on labour fees. When calling back, I was told there was “nothing we can do” and that “overclocking is bad”. Total waste of my money and I am out 900$ with a computer that only half works.

Took 105 dollars from me but my laptop is still in same position. They did not repair it.

Took my computer in after i had messed it up pretty bad with a bios update that wasnt compatible and some fan issues. The staff at memory lane (Elliot in particular) was quick to assist me and very helpful with any questions that I had. They made short work of my problems and even helped my computer to run better. The drive to go above and beyond is all but mostly lost in this world and I was happy to find this level of service. In the end it only cost $140, which in it self is extremely reasonable. I would strongly recommend Memory Lane to anyone with THE utmost certainty.

Excellent customer service, staff are always friendly and professional. Sure, their prices can be higher than Amazon sometimes, but their staffs experience and service levels more than make up for it. A perfect example of why people should shop local.

Took my laptop in to get the power port replaced. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they had it done by 3 pm. This job required the laptop to almost be totally disassembled as the port is at the very bottom. I was charged 1 hour labour.

Best laptop service Ive encountered so far. Im very selective about what I want, staff will accommodate without the hassel Ive gotten from other places.
