I had purchased a set of wardrobe with a pull out murphy bed ( London Bridge ) at my local dealer.When it first arrived , Flou had never explain to the local dealer and clear instruction how to assemble the stowyway bed . when it in useit keep damaging the furniture itself or your place.Mechanism are poorly design , I could not stowaway the bed for it self more then few months due to the mechanism where never function , or either missing /incorrect part .Finishing of the surface lacquer are completely disaster . many chips and dents with poor paint job , either they have poor packaging or just dont care the quality at all .the upholstery of the sofa are even worst are not better either , the headboard of the Stowaway beds upholstery you could even see the inlay foam when it first come due the the shortage fabric measurement..the sofa itself were already got few miss stitching of fabric. and the seam were never stitch correctlymy local dealer tried many time to have problem resolve . and yet were never success. but end up Flou decided sent their technician to my home to fix the issue from Italyafter a few months of wait to get my replacement part and also Flou technician arrived . it was the 3rd time someone came to my home to resolve the bed a/wardrobe issued for me , yet poor paint job parts arrived ,my dealer and I had mention to the Flou technician, yet seem trying to ignore the issueAnd finally problem resolved and yet moving part are not quite seem the way it should when i open the bed , the legs of the bed cant not even make straight and touching the ground . the technician explain this is as good as you get from us , I think there have no issue there as I also mention the poor paint job of the freshly arrived cover , and yet the head office deny the poor quality been deliver . and said I was satisfy with the job .the wardrobe and my stowaya bed with Sofa cost me approx €30,000 plus extra labour for assembly , with their working attitude ,quality price range . Im not sure Flou should put them as luxury manufactory.I would totally avoid this brand and search for alternative for my next purchase.!!!!!

Purchase from Perego Arredamenti of Lissone a double bed with sommier and a double mattress with pocket springs. After two months of use the mattress shows hollows in the areas where you sleep (they form as two niches when you lie down, two people weighing 80kg and 42kg ...) because it is the padding that moves. The company says that it is normal for one of their mattresses to show hollows: it is a pity that another mattress from another company gave me these hollows after 12 years ... Asked for replacement under warranty: they do not respond to emails, do not respond to PECs and the sales manager of Monza-Brianza does not answer the cell phone when we should have suffered. Update: they reply to me after a month to the pec saying that everything is ok for them and that they will turn on me in case there are image damage from negative reviews ... add more?

It is a bit inconvenient to unload with trucks, the main door is blocked from the inside with their goods so you have to unload from a smaller door.

Bad experience! After less than a year I washed the bed cover as per the label at 40 ° but it shrunk and you cant put it back, so I went to where I bought the bed and first they immediately blamed me for second they had the wrong washing, so to deny I also washed the head at 40 ° making a video as well and this has shrunk too! Since they cant blame me, they pointed the finger at the washing machine !!! They sent the cover in the company and after 3 months ... 3 !!! They replied that there is nothing they can do x by testing the material according to them it was washed at + degrees, although there is the video of denial !!! So now I find myself again without coating and waiting for their written answer! But can I ??? I should spend after less than a year almost 1000 euro x a new coating despite not being my fault ??? They prefer to carry on the thing in a legal way or through the consumer union, rather than admitting that there s ia was a problem with the material and give me a new coating !!! They are out !! They should also put a label x advise to test the washing machines before washing their coating x could ruin them ??? I have no words !!!!

... I have in mind to buy a quality upholstered bed (removable and washable) and I clicked on FLOU BEDS ..... first I saw three reviews, two of which were very bad, so I decided: definitely not Ill buy a FLOU bed!
