Call receiving person behevior is rude and very rough.its not acceptable if he is tired for receiving call why he has taken that job.as a costomer I will have quarry why without reason he will sout.very much disappointed from DTDC. If this type of employe will stay on DTDC I would must say DTDC brand will go from india after some years.
The person who pick up the phone , dont really know how to deal with customer. He was rude and disrespectful in behaviour. Please remove such kind of people who dont know how to talk with people.
FDM Prepared for two days, there is no movement or update. DTDC Customer supper deserves -1 for providing worst experience. BlueDart is far better than DTDC.
