I would never suggest that you live here. This is a poorly managed facility that caters to older individuals above anything else. Is NOT pet friendly as your dogs can only be walked in the back of the building and in a small, poorly kept dog park. The HOA fees are RIDICULOUS only for security to do an awful job. They are great at keeping movers off the property (unless you pay $100 for an elevator fee) but horrible are keeping vandalism at bay. A recent property theft issue came in last night and several vehicles were broken into. Not a single one was caught even though there is an entire security department, over night ‘guards’, ‘24 hour surveillance’, and ‘patrols’.This place is trash. I would never live here again and I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years. Once this lease is up I’ll be ecstatic to leave this dump.
Needs better security a lot of weird teens doing suspicious things
Tysons Corners oldest residential neighborhood
Very awful property service
Great security, gorgeous landscaping. Very well maintained and clean. New renovated activities center coming soon. Indoor pool! Lots of children in development in a great school district. Traffic at rush hour is crazy. Convenient to everything.
Nice community in the heart of Tysons, and its fairly close to lots of places and stores. The 5 buildings themselves are nice but have quite a few rough edges. The side staircases (used often because they are the closest) are usually scratched and seem dirty, and sometimes bugs can be seen crawling in the shadows. The main lobby is quite beautiful and the hallways are regularly cleaned, I guess thats whats important. There is a car wash and Air Vac area that you can use for free, but they are constantly in use depending on season. Sometimes you see the same car parked for days in that spot! The houses are fairly old but they are of pretty good quality.Update: All major construction work is now done and the place is much nicer so Im re-adding a star. The indoor and outdoor pools are back to their regular schedule, but the arcade AND the bowling alley are still gone. Their reason was that not a lot of people used it even though you used to see people go in regularly. Oh well, go figure. At least there is a bigger and more modern gym now.Overall its a nice place, especially with construction no longer obstructing everything.
Old feel to it. Needs to be modernized and better signs to the main office from building 1 and around the comunity.
Superb condominium complex. Situated in a perfect position for Tysons Mall and access to the major highways. The units are excellent, light, spacious with an accent for comfortable modern living.
Very safe and well-maintained development with lots of amenities. Love the walking trails, tennis & basketball courts. Renovations to pool and fitness center underway, but should be completed very soon (Memorial Day is the target).
I pay $583 monthly as my HOA fee for 5 security guys protecting the community, where I have 2 kids, moved here and was told they will be kept safe. Entering the community center after hours with my key that opens the door to find 3/5 sitting in the break room kidding around..So we have 5 guys for 5 buildings 10 floors 20 units a floor paying the HOA fee per unit for 5 fat & lazy security guys.
Fine if you like high-priced Washington real estate in an urban environment.
Very well kept grounds. Walk to Tysons Corners and Metro. Security good.
Nice place. Well kept but very old.
Very conveniently located gated community that is under a caring management office.
I have been living here for about two weeks now and its already been terrible.First off, I wanna say that if you plan on living here, DONT get a room thats at the end of the hallway. Because if you want internet, they dont have the cable for it. It took me two weeks to get the internet and TV fixed.Second, dont bother to try to be friendly with the neighbors, cause they are rude!!When we got our assigned parking spot, someone was already parked there, and we had to call them to come pick it up.And finally, the neighbors upstairs are having construction workers over, its so loud that I cant here myself think. Not to mention the old toilet seats and the small bathroom. Im 6 feet tall (182 cm) and I have to bend myself to fit in the shower. If you are reading this and plan on living here, please reconsider. You will regret ever thinking about living at is place.
Very noisy place! There is always construction going since the units are very old. The noise travels from floor to floor because of the way the place is build. The rotanda rented the roofrop for outside company for cell tower use. Please do your research about the effect of cell towers on human health.
I live here for 10 years and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. This place has so many problems with the stuff who works here, it is almost unbelievable. They just trashed hundreds of peoples bikes from the buildings because they are not in driving condition. In the middle of the winter in Feb/2014!!! On this weather they decide to trash hundreds of bikes because they have flat tire. This is crazy!!! On -20F flat tire! what a stupid move! Not to mention that you have to call million times for many, many problems of the unites (old 36 years). The people here have attitude and they dont treat the people with respect either their personal properties. The security works against the people, they are not protecting them. Very poor stuff, very poor maintenance of the building, very disrespectful to the people. Time to move on....and never again.
Awesome place to live here. Pretty secured
Beautiful place. Love the fountain
Building n its amenities r awesome. Shuttle service to mall and stores..pool is aaesomeee just waiting for gym to open up

Remodel this place
The residential complex of five ten-storey buildings located in a circle, in the center is a well-planned parking, a park area. The Rotunda has its own pool and fitness room, a library. Management is perfectly organized. Apartments here are expensive to buy and expensive to rent, but its worth it. The complex in Virginia, but to Washington to go half an hour.
Yes, this is a great place to live. Everything is green, quiet enough. Just a class: corridors like a luxury hotel, fountains, fitness center, swimming pool, you can rent an office room for work activities. I am very pleased
Excellent
Spacious very nice place
