Really good , ordered their Lotus Biscoff cake

Ordered cake from baked first time. They delivered nd the cake was damaged on transportation... Second time. Specially told to take care not to happen like last time.. again was same.. also writing in bouquet cake given as gift was fully scrambled..Today ordered cake and told will collect from shop... So they put writing on a damaged chocolate layer...These are oredered for a function and its presentation should be good not like this.. not only taste but based on looks we order..These people will never change... Very pathetic service...
