We stayed there for 4 nights and was the worst. The rooms have really hot AC and the manager was trying not to switch to other room. The spa, swimming pool and souna were all closed. The elevator smells really bad every time we enter it.

Very clean room, but no Covid 19 guidelines are observed neither in breakfast area, nor in the elevator (overcrowded elevator picture is included).

Shower was leaking everywhere, wifi was terrible, breakfast was very poor, not a 4 star hotel for sure.

Clean and cozy

The rooms smell specially the one on the second floor. The window was looking on a wall. The breakfast was somewhat fine but overall staff was unwilling to assist on any issue.

Even though this hotel advertises itself as a 4 star property, it feels more like a 3 star. There is no safe in room, and there is no coffee maker or teakettle in the room.

A/C is very loud , no safe in room , the longer i stayed here the worse it all got , pool is very small so you have to book it beforehead and only for an hour , breakfast is averange and sometimes there is a tasty cake but its rare , room cleaning is late compared to other hotels of that price , in the end i can say that its not worth staying here better add some more and go to sheraton or radisson

Not up to standards, there was a scorpion and other bugs in the room. The shampoo and soap were mediocre and the pool smelled like chlorine.

Luxury hotel in the city center of Batumi

One saucer for two mugs, in a two local room there are two tea bags - one green, and one black, dressing gowns for thumbnails, there are no coffee or tea spoons, to smoke at night you have to trudge out into the street, and its not bad if the curtains are not opened - the building is opposite and windows dont match.

We were in this hotel with my family in June 2021. We were extremely dissatisfied! The air conditioner did not work in the room for the first 2 days, the lock in the bathroom was broken, so it was impossible to open or close the doors, we contacted the reception, and the breakdown was fixed all day. At night, one of the service personnel came to the room, they said they allegedly confused the number, as it turned out later in the order of things for them, since then at the reception they presented us with an open bottle of Nemirof from the mini bar, which we did not even touch !!! pay us 18 GEL! I was surprised by the extremely incompetent attitude of the hotel administrator in solving this problem. Water got under the bathtub while bathingand the whole floor was wet all the time! The elevator is a completely separate topic: it constantly drove to all floors previously called and only then climbed to the specified floor. We will not stay at this hotel anymore and do not recommend it to anyone!

In the evening, somewhere around half past one in the morning, music was heard through the wall (from a restaurant or a nightclub) and interfered with sleep. Do not open the windows - under the hood worked extractor air conditioners. Water fell under the bathroom while taking a shower and then there was a terrible stench. This is number 609. And probably everything ending in 9. Declared Wi-Fi was only in the hallway. The rest of Batumi is beautiful. Whether we will return to this hotel is a big question. Probably not. I would like a little closer to the sea and a room where you can sleep, because you spend only night in it.

There is loud music from the hotel bar even at night (heard everywhere). The bathroom smells like sewage and there is no way to get rid of this smell. Luckily we asked and got a room change. It is not so noisy in terms of the hood and there is no such flair.Otherwise, the room is tidy and clean. Tasty breakfast. By the way, our room was on the 8th floor. Some buzz was constantly present, the noise was somewhere near the number - those who have trouble sleeping will not get enough sleep.
