This is truly one of the best hospitals in the country and the best in the region. Facilities in the hospital are comparable to the best in the country. All departments are equally good but cardiology department is worth mentioning. A relative of mine was admitted here after a massive heart attack. The doctors in the emergency didnt waste any time and did their best so that my relative got the best treatment at the right time. A major costly operation was needed to perform. The doctor told us about the cost which was very costly. But he also said the operation can be performed then and there as it was an emergency case and we can pay later. My relative is hale and hearty now thanks to the hospital and its doctors, nurses and staffs. Even the general ward is very clean and comfortable. You even get a view of the surrounding hills and waterfalls which are located around the hospital. Cleanliness of toilets is something which can be improved. There is no dearth of parking space and pharmacies are located within the hospital campus.

Security Guards in Main Gate and Wards are likely to be wild animals brought from forest. A guard from main entrance gate of boundary with good figured has no knowledge of education. They need to be improve first and then cleanliness. One Star from my side.

This Hospital may be in Neat and Clean but the behavior of most Security guards and junior doctors are very worst. Only the Senior doctor of Urology, Mr. Sailo is very good person, frankly, kind hearted and honest. I like him very much. He treat the patient like his best friend. But the security guard of Urology ward A5 (Photo attached) and the guard of main compound gate in tall and good figure dont have any manner, language and misuse their power and treat patient and their attendant in very bad way. Also they call some one as OY in very tough voice. Hospital with worst staff ever in North East. I hate NEIGRIHMS.

My mom was admited in CTVS ward in bed no 24 for surgery of Abdominal Aortic Aneurism on 23-06-2018. There after CT scan report doctor said that she had either tumour or cancer in her liver so they cant operate and will be referred to other dept. On hearing this we all were upsad and cried a lot. She was kept lying on bed idle for couple of days with no response. Everyone knows that if it was really such disease detected, patient should be treated as soon as possible bcoz this is a very fast spreading disease. For careless of doctors towards patient, so without wasting time we just took my mom to Apollo Hospital, Chennai by discharge on request on 13-07-2018. After CT scan and some tests again in Apollo Hospital, reports shown that her liver is normal. Now we r very happy. But this is fully harrasment to the patient and attendents by Neigrihms. Either machineries, technicians or doctors have to be improved. I have lost more than 50k there in all (Tests, fooding/ lodging and others) alongwith valuable time. I will never suggest anyone to visit there. I HATE NEIGRIHMS.

Very Worst Hospital ever in Northeast. Behavior of most security guards are worst with no discipline and manner.After 2-3 times of visit to doctor, my mom was admitted for Surgery in CTVS ward B5 for treatment of A.A.A (Aneurysm of Abdominal Aorta). There every test took much time for a report. She was done CT scan for Rs. 750/- along with some medicine of Rs. 4,150/- and for that report we have to wait up to 6-8 days. She was kept idle lying on bed for about 24 days without any treatment. Thyroid and other tests also took much time which were very annoying. On the day of 17th from the date of admission when there were no response, my brother met Dr. Saikia, and the doctor said that a spot was detected on the report, that may be either tumour or cancer in liver and they dont have any work with the patient and will refer to other dept. My bro requested the doctor to do the needful as early as possible as the patient is becoming weak day by day. Even they dont have time to talk with the attendant also and called for the next attendant. After 3 days of consultation when we saw no response them we again asked for the treatment, and they asked me for the CD (Disk) of CT Scan, where they didnt handover the CD to us. We got only the report paper of CT Scan which was already given to the ward. Lastly after a long argument they asked to bring a blank CD. And within a short period of time it was brought from outside anyhow and deposited to the counter. After 2-3 hrs of waiting, they said that the machine is not working and will take more 5-6 days to repair and that was also not sure. Finally we left the Hospital and took my mom to GNRC Hospital, Guwahati for further treatment.Now my question is that, why do they treat the patient like that, if she was suffering from cancer in her liver detected by CT Scan, why they did not confirm as early as possible, as everybody knows that this disease spreads fast day by day. Why this hospital is in very slow process in treatment. What the doctors were doing during this long period of time. I have learned from this hospital that - This hospital only means for the person who dont have any work. Who will give back our 24 days past ? Who will repay our money (Rs. 27,400/-) for varieties of test in medical, fooding and lodging and precious time?I hate this NEIGRIHMS. As God have also seen, you wont get any fame in future. GO to HELL.... NEIGRIHMS.

Good treatment with bad behaviour stuffs r not good at all.. they even dont knw how to behave... Bt its too cheep and doctors r good

Treatment is good but the staffs are very bad. They dont know to behave with the people. In OPD if the patient go to enquire about their turn the staffs talk very rudely to them. Necessary actions should be taken against them . the staffs of neigrihms should take training from apollo hospital chennai where the staffs treat the people as God. They are very polite, humble, helpful.
