Gave them back and they just charged battery and returned back. Was their fault but still took 1200rs from me. Next day again I went for the 3rd time and they asked for more time to repair.Never went there again since I didnt want more problems after reading all other Google reviews here. Maybe they will replace your parts with faulty ones.Later on noticed the LAN port was not working, WiFi network reception was very poor, internal mic not working. Given to another computer repair center and got repaired.Even my friends had multiple experiences before. This is the worst laptop or computer repair center in mavelikara. Had to give minus rating but option is not there.

Worst service ever, dont give your laptops to them, i give my laptop for a repair and they replaced my original battery with a dead one and claims that wasnt done by them,, cheating team, they may replace your laptops internal equipments, dont trust.. Begging is better than this

Bad at work, laid back and lazy. Doesnt admit mistakes and tries to put the blame on the customers. Repairs badly on top of that doesnt give any warranty. Both the owner and his employees are the same. Better to give in proper Company Repair Centers than giving your laptops here. Santhosh the owner is one arrogant fellow. He doesnt have any communicative and people skills. If you dont believe me, scroll up and read the reviews written below by so many other people.

Worst at its highest. Better avoid going to this trash service center .They do not serve the purpose. They stick to the name Micropoint ... in exploiting money from the customers for every micro points/seconds we spend there.The attitude of the service provider is extremely rude.

Worst customer experience ever. No professional communication with customers. And no experience to handled service and customers. Plus double the cost than estimated and communicated to customer.I gave my Lenovo laptop for replacements for screen these people estimated fo 5k and later when an inexperienced person opened the laptop for replacement they broke the cable 😡 and then they sent it other service center for repair as they cant handle it. This all happened without informing the customer and getting the concurance. Then they told they cant fix it and will returned the laptop. I agreed and asked them to return it. They later did not contact us or picked our calls, after one week they told they fixed the laptop and the cost is 10k 😠. And asked us to pay the money for laptop when enquire the reason and money increase very unjustified responses from the shop owner. And asking us to go legally to claim the laptop.There are many other shops that you can look for than this unprofessional, unethical and untrustful peoples.Save yourself and do a good check before engaging with this Micropoint peoples.

Worst experience, employees do not know how to handle and deal with customers. Prices of the computer accessories are way too high. My case was that I knew my snps was faulty, just asked them to check and confirm for that they charged me 200 rupees.I dont want to give even 1 rating also, but unfortunately there is no negative rating.

Only one time i give my laptop this cheaters they dont even resolved my issue and they charged an amount and said we opened your laptop. Never ever go here. In mavelikara there is no good laptop servicing centers. All are fraud only and this is the king, i am not even giving 1 star
