Its an experience in itself. The whole vibe of this place is so calming that you could spend hours just chilling and staring into the sunset. A must visit place! I definitely recommend everyone to visit it.

The place is middle of 5 star shilling Hilton resort near Pune. I will categorise it as exotic, luxurious and posh. The luxury exudes from exclusivity and seclusion. At the same time it is very romantic place surrounded by nature. You can see jungle and mountains in every nook and corner. It is at the top if hill at approx. 900 meter altitude from sea level. Inside the restaurant, there are options of indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. Candlelight dinner is available. Outdoor seating arrangement is great for groups with option of bonfire. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic getaway with loved ones. The only downside is the limited menu option, however, it is more than compensated by very tasty food. Because of limited options to chose from and ultra expensive, I will rate it 8 out of 10.

Valley Bar at the Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat and Spa is a great spot to get your drinks while staring into the beautiful valley of Shillim. The ambiance is calm and the servers are very friendly. The selection of wines and spirits is top notch if you dont mind the price.

This is amazing part of Hilton shillim resort. There are amazing view from the infinity pool and the bar and Cafe is amazing pizza is amazing pasta is very yummy.

The ambience nd sitting was nc but was a downer for me because they cld not mk anything gud without garlic for me. When u r at a five star hotel u expect five star food on ur vacation. Breakfast spread was v gud.It is only on food channels they show awesome dishes.

To experience food and nature in same time this is the place where you should visit for sure, view are breathing and live BBQ in open air gives a awesome dining experience

Plenty of options available. Decor is of superior standard, table setting well spaced, snacks are in plenty but again the service is not upto any Hilton level. They should train their staff to be more service oriented with smiling faces rather than moron looks which spoils guest mood. Good standard but surely needs sprucing up.

What a view!May 28 afternoon: Since we had a heavy breakfast, we were not in for lunch. While the family had a small eat at Terrazzo, I came here for a beer and starters. This bar is opposite the Terrazzo and kids are not allowed here. The place overlooks the valley and hence the name. The sitting area is predominantly orange and white. It was nice and peaceful with the majestic mountains for company. I was the only person at 3 pm. Ordered for a chilled KF Ultra (Rs.350 w/o tax) and the server got the chef to make me a mushroom tikka. The masala was awesome and along with salted peanuts, the beer went well.

Not too great. Not much variety. Average quality. NOT FOR KIDS. Both sitting as well as food kids unfriendly. Too add to it, poor customer service specifically when entire Hilton Shillim service is EXCELLENT.

Super quiet place. If u wish to hear u r own gulps of your favourite beverage and maybe of your partners as well then this is the place to be. Drive & reach early morning either from pune or mumbai, for a brunch scene. They serve b/f till 11am. Then a nice walk into the wilderness organised by them for a price for an hour. Head to the spa once ur back. Head to bar for that one for road drink and you will thank your self to have visited this place...

Valley bar is located next to the Terrazzo , the main bar of the hotel Hillton shilim , but it has limited sitting capacity and the choice is also limited looking to the standard of hotel . The staff is too courteous and good.
