Though this place is known as hotel for tea...but you can get snacks and other hot and spicy food items. And as far as rush is concerned then yes its crowded but you wont have to wait so long as people think on being rush.... So if you wish to have sip of tea with snacks whether alone or with friends at night then Ill recommend this hotel.
