Rough service and rude owner. Shipping of a package that should have arrived after 24 hours, we do not receive any receipt to track the package. After waiting 5 days for the request for explanations in an annoyed tone, I am told that the package is late and that I shouldnt complain because some previous shipments had gone well. To conclude, I am invited to go elsewhere next time because they have so many customers. As long as all is well we are all professionals.
