The workshop guys r good at their work and are supportive helpful to customers.But somehow the results of announcement by Ford to pull out of India is showing on ground so that the average time for parts being procured from Chennai that eventide needed has increased from 4-5 days earlier to 7-8 days now.

False commitment to sell a car, has been a victim of extended warranty which was committed by a salesman, after asking it to document the same he mentioned it has been updated in the system need not to worry. After purchasing the car, went for the service for the service at other dealer got to know there is no such thing. They didnt provide antirust service card too.. So whomsoever is visiting them think multiple times. You will not get any support from their so called GM also. They will just play blame game.

This dealership has done fraud with me , I have already raised issue with ford india but no one is helping, everyone is with ford bareilly.I love ford car but this shameful act is letting you down .Now Ill go to consumer forum against this dealership in mean while kindly arrange noc for me so that I can purchase other ford car from other city as I required car in Feb 2021 or atleast till mid March it self. Ill not cancel this current booking so that I can challenge him in consumer court.Kindly arrange NOC as i love ford but hate this dealership.

It is actually a very bad service centre where I got really frustrated with the service and customer care team .. They really dont know how to treat with the customer and also they are sitting their to loot the customer when it is a case of accidental vehicle comes for repairing.I am really very sad to see this ,why Ford company is not seeking this..

Hi,Just want to draw your attention, your service cneter is not so compatible like service in Lucknow city .my issue can be resolved on site . First I called directly to your service center for resolution . One lady picked up the phone and asked me kya aapki car hamare service center mai phele aaye hai I replied no . So she confirmed let me check soon I will share one contact no where you can explain your issue I cant help you in this issue as I we dont have your repair history for your car service as we can check only for our service center customer call history and details .I was waiting for her call around 20 min but no sms or no call. After it I called your toll free customer care theya responded and arrange service request .I self inspected my car I found issue can be reolsved on-site but no technician had visited only pick up person arrived and toe my car .he had taken 100 rs from me for chai panni.After it the worst senerio happen with me . there was no response from your service center around 3-4 hrs I have received a call sir blet is broken and you have to pay around 450 rs for same .I confirmed go head but make it repair as my car is break down during travel and I want my car back by today as I have to back my destination. But after no response and finally they had confirmed by tomorrow max 11 am you car be will delivered to your desire location .Another day when 11 am was passed I called the service center person but again no response.After it thay have delivered my car around 4 o clock .Now I can understand why your service center rating is so poor on Google . Worst FORD sevice experience .

CAPL FORD works in dubious ways, they will ask you for extra things jus to add to the bill and information provided by the front desk is always inconsistent.

Ford car is good but the service they do not satisfied me . But they want 10rating even they call and after service they say plz give 10rating . They having untrained workers and GM .I AM HAVING A C ISSUE THEY SAYING OK but not proven . M not going to buy ford again .

The facility is very awesome , and the staff is very warming , but the mechanics are not well skilled , and trained , they dont know the required maintenance works, rather they are only concerned with changing the whole part for minute flaw.... Nd that very irritating..

We have almost never had a good experience with these guys! Yesterday, we got tyres changed on our Ecosport 2015 model! During the time of payment when we wanted to make the payment by card, they insisted that they will charge us 3% extra if we pay by card! Why? We asked. They had no reply. The employee insisted that if you make a payment above 1 lac then we won’t charge. I would like to bring to their notice that this is illegal practice and I will be informing RBI about their malpractice and also Ford headquarters about how they deceive their customers. This is not the first time they have misbehaved like this. There are plenty of other such similar incidents each time we have gotten our car serviced. This one showroom has us swearing off the Ford company. Very disappointed.

Its very ordinary to be digested as a Ford service centre and in some ways maybe even worse as the people in charge do not have necessary skills to attend a customer in the most formal of ways.Frankly I have come across far more polite and educated service personnel at a Maruti service center.
