Extremely Ghatiya Pathetic service.The courier person doesnt attempt delivery and wrongly updates as address not correct.These people are making a fool of us with UnEthical conduct.Pathetic service

All those which are giving 1 star because of no delivery, but today i havent face the problem, today only my parcel was out for delivery and i was delivered today.good service, and if you want to send parcel then it is best, it cost much but they deliver very fast. within 2days mostly they deliver all over India. it may vary from place to place but i get my parcel DELIVERED within 2 days always. go for it for sure.

Pathetic serivce by Bluedart, They dont call you and will made their own decision that address is incorrect.However, every other courier service will deliver on the same address. Usually i dont prefer this courier service , but dont know why banks sends important documents with this poor courier service provider.Dear Banks, Please Stop using BlueDart courier service.

My parcel returned without even calling me , simply writing that address not correct where as on the same address I am getting my passbook , aadhar card ,pan card and all amazon deliveries all the time .

Quite bad service, the people dont contact, and are v v rude when you talk to them, I told one of the person that I would complain as it has already been 2 days and he was being rude to me, so he said, go complain, I have no fear. They dont respond and respect. Its not just a one time experience, blue dart has been giving me same experiences 😂

My not delivered to me till 23Sep20 and on line show it is delivered on 22 sep 20.fraud and cheating.

Even after calling, they dont deliver parcels. People should stop their service. My request to corporates also to stop sending their parcels through this courier company.

Pathetic service by this Bluedart service point. Not once they have delivered package to our address without intervention of Agra Bluedart HO. Our address, which is located well within the citys legal boundary by all means and uses Mathuras 281001 PIN code has been rejected by this store manager for several deliveries citing following excuses -1. Incorrect PIN Code2. Package rejected by customer3. Out of serviceable area4. Other times they just hold the package and call and threaten us to pickup from office or else they would return package to the shipper.A delivery agent working for this location casually confessed that the franchisee owner is too frugal and wont deliver package to a certain location unless minimum no of deliveries are available to makeup for the manual labour and fuel cost. Kudos for honesty, but shame on Bluedart corp for continuing to work with business owners with such low level business ethics.This location should be audited and immediately stripped off the Bluedart brand.

Blue Dart in Mathura have worse courier service. They not want to deliver product. They always want customer to pickup courier by own. Is this courier service for. Blue Dart should need to change the franchise.
