I ordered veg Biryani via Zomato. And here you can see. Biryani was not that good. Raita was good. I would not like to order it again. I dont know, do they serve same kind of food while dine-in Or different for Zomato order ? If the quality and taste of food is same for dine-in customers. I wouldnt like to go to there.

Restaurant Bansal is best restaurant for veg foods then I visit and I found that the dishes are very tasty looking. I order the Special Thali and afterwards I eat I found that wow what a food. I am so happy with there service and in 3 day I visit daily with order a new dishes.Staff behaviour is good their communication faithfully.So my experience with my personal opinion that must visit once if you are vegetarian because food representation is so good and looking very attractive also food tasty.

I visited this restro on 5 sep 2021 I asked them for a glass of water so they provide me water bottle and said we do not serve regular water .His owner and resturant manager misbehaved me when I ask for regular water bansal restro satff took me out of restro .Even they said to me that you are the one who have problem for package drinking water ...But according to indian law any resturant cant deny to you for regular water use of washroom..Poor and worst experience ever in my life..

Didn’t like:1. Ordered Thali. Priced at Rs 310 but they served plastic thali and quantity was very less. You order it any good restaurant call it Rao, Kings Highway. They charge you way less and serve good quantity with quality. No value of money.2. Ordered Aloo pyaaz parantha. At the time of ordering, it was said per Parantha is Rs. 120 including Dahi. Later when I checked the bill, realized they added Rs 100 extra for Dahi and suddenly price per Parantha as per them became Rs 160. They could do this because parantha was not included in the menu. No value of words.Liked:Food quality was not bad.Overall: I will not visit this place again. It was not a nice experience.

The condition of menu card is very worst.They are so much dirty and unlike to touch. The service is also not fast. Honestly this was the highlight of my trip in Mathura. The food was nice, although when I asked for spicy they gave me some pretty mild, but they may have done that because Im a foreigner, so I cant complain. Food was AMAZING, anyway.They had nice, cold, bottled water. Especially good vegetarian food. Very comfortable environment, would recommend bringing friends to lounge about, or even for business. Air conditioned, but probably not enough for big groups so try not to go when its packed.
