Nice couple friendly hotel with mature staff. But food not available

Their services are wonderful.They know their work and they are good in it.

NOT RECOMMENDED HIGHLY1) The Hotel is away from Railway station/Tourist places.2) Hotel Staff is too unsupportive and treating patrons badly.3) They had given wrong wifi password purposedly4) Dirty mattresses/bed sheets5) No lavatory items given6) AC was not installed purposedly7) Very noisy surroundings8) The TV was mounted without any channel subscription.9)Intercom was detached and wasnt repaired even after complaint.10) Most Important, they havent given the bill for my full payment and had given letter pad. Reason they were giving was, The GST will be charged exclusively, when the agreement was already done for fixed price.

Insufficient safety measures... Do not expect even water bottle...Even No toilet shops... you need to go there well prepared with your own arrangements... Though they claim they have kitchen for meal but it appears a wrong statement... You will be served cold meal if you order it... No tea before 07:15AM... Only one towel is provided in one room... Be at your own risk...

Hotel is just nearby to the railway station of Mathura City. the staff is very attentive. the rooms are little small but they are clean and tidy. the best feature of this hotel is that it has parking facility. it is affordable. there is also option for in room dining.

It is a good hotel having well maintained rooms and cleanliness. Staff is helping and guide you best. Rooms are good enough big and have modern lighting system. Food quality is fabulous, especially the tea. Restroom is also clean and hygienic

Worst service of My life, uneducated peopleWorst experience of my life!! The service is pathetic and food is awful. I felt like vomit after eating food. I would not recommend this hotel as it is the worst. I Am very angry and got no reason to give you any rating above 1 star. Worst banquet in Mathura !!!! Dont book thus banquet.Worst service and no waiter will give response even after calling him.I am surprised by such catering. Even you will not get the menu what you have decided even rotis napkins

Hotel Anjali is best economy place and near by market and temples. Hotel interior and exterior and room is good. Parking also available. And staff is very good. Hotel Tea and good also yummy.
