Deal good while you purchase a bike, but at service behaviour of people is not good.
Worst service here, a Mistri named Kanhaiyya forgot to place nut bolt correctly in my engine and engine oil ruined my clothes moreover my engine oil level also reduced and they are charging higher rates for service
One of the worst service center in the world . I dont wanna give a one star . They are fraud also , if they have power they stole your money directly. Pathetic service center and showroom also most pathetic, owner are such a paranoid.Dont ever visit this kind of showroom.

Have visited the service centre here a few weeks ago, the guy who attended us was very prompt and response, he did all the paper work within minutes, which is not very usual and I really appreciate that. BUT then came the part which changed my opinion. I was supposed to get my spare parts replaced for free as part of accidental insurance as well as I was supposed to get one free service which I was not given. I told that process would take 15 days and they dont have guys to approve parts change. I then paid the amount of spare parts and then they agreed to replace parts but they delayed total service and most of the workers were very irresponsible and were behaving unprofessionally. So I would not recommend anybody to come here for servicing.
Bike service facility is very bad. mechanics do not fix problem properly and show attitude and argue with customer. Works manager does not take any actions against them.

Worst service,vstaff not at all cooperative and rude behaviour, not responsible, its been more than 5 months and many bike owners have not received their RC and number plate yet.

There should be a feedback system. As i am a regular customer since the agency was open till now i am not satisfied the solution of the problems regarding my bike very poor quality of mechanics i guess u need to improve a lot. They always charges lot of money always take a labour change bt never given the complete satisfaction yet.

Please dont go their.4th grade service and 4th class behavior.Service manager is very irresponsible and allMechanics are untrained.So please dont go their to damage your BikeI am very disappointed; me apni pulsar ki service Krva ke aaya or uske bad piche ka tire bahut hot hogya (fut te - fut te bacha) or jab me shi krane gya to ek brake spring dalne ke liye manager ne 2 hour wait krvaya. OrAbhi tk tire hot hone ki problem vo solve nhi kr paye. Ab me bahar kisi or mistri ko bike check krvaunga.
