Decent rooms but some are short of some amenities. Like 203 does not have a plug socket near the bed. The fan in 202 is very loud. Rooms 204 and 205 have a much better ambience due to the curved windows. Food is okay at the restaurant. The dal makhni isgood.

Good family hotel for stay in Mathura. It is near to temple Gate no 3. Rooms are decent with respect to price. Hotel is clean and maintained. There is ample space for car parking within hotel premises and outside hotel. They also have dormatry room for Drivers stay. We also opted for breakfast and food was good.Hotel also has small banquet hall for family functions.Lord Krishna janm bhoomi temple, Dwarkadeesh temple, Birla temple all are near to this hotel within 10 to 15mins of e rickshaw ride.Overall good option to stay for a day or two.

Don’t go here .. thieves are active. We lost a gold chain from our room. Hotel staff is the suspect. Tourists shall find them helpless. Hotel located in a crowded area. Facilities are at rock bottom & tariffs are disproportionately higher.

I attended a wedding there. The wedding hall was in the basement. ACs were not working properly and no ventilation whatsoever. Everyone was dying of suffocation and heat. The entry gate to the hall is right next to the stairs so the bridal entry sucked.

This is one of the finest hotel of its Area.Totally neat and clean.Room prices are so reasonable.Rooms are big with huge bathroom (you will get shampoo and body soap with 2 clean white towels)Room size is quite good.Parking space is available and reception is so colourful.Room service is brilliant.And the taste of food is super delicious.But they have to work on the puri chole they were not upto the mark.Puri and bhutre tastes same.Allo Partha is mouth watering.Last but not the least Dal Tadka is the best till now in my entire life i haven’t tasted such delicious Dal Tadka.Hotel staff is professional and humble.I really recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was an old hotel with a fancy foreview. room & washrooms are unhygiene and dusty with bad smell n dust. people with allergies cant stay. very dirty washrooms are there. it was a very worst experience.

The location of the hotel is good. And many places can be covered from there. Rooms and stuff needed to be washed properly and should be a little more hygenic. We asked for room spray but was not provided. Restaurant food was ok and prices were a bit high. Overall experience was kind of satisfactory.

Sheetal Regency is the best hotel near Krishna Janmbhoomi in Mathura. Rooms are very modern neat and clean. Staff behaviour was very polite. Kajal, the receptionist takes good care of the guests at the time of checkin. Hotels location is very good. AC in the room was very effective.I would like to say about the food. The food there was the best food I ever had. Overall is a good hotel and highly recommended by me.

Hotel sheetal Regency is located in Mathura, the place where Lord Krishna was born. Its my first visit to the hotel and I cant wait to say that the FOOD was yummy and the rates were very normal.I ordered Dal makhni, Paneer lababdar, mix veg butter nan, roshgulla, and. Vanilla Ice cream. We were a group of four people.Enjoyed the service . 4 star because the parking system is not organized. 👍😊

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and large. The price is extremely fair. Breakfast was awesome. But the best part has been the staff. The management of this hotel is the best I have seen in many years. And I have traveled to 33 countries on 5 continents. I’m a doctor (MBBS) from New York. I have pretty high expectations of a hotel. This hotel and the management have continuously exceeded those expectations. Very very highly recommended!!

Hotel is located in the middle of the city. Infrastructure of the hotel was good. Rooms were good too and neat and clean. If you talk about hospitality , please do not expect anything. Staff wasnt good at all. They do not have hot water there. Everytime you need to ask for a bucket of hot water and that takes time, a lot of time that you have to change your plans accordingly. Bad experience I must say.

Hotel rooms - as expected from a 3star hotel.Room service- really fast , loved it.Management and staff - polite and humble .Cost - slightly on the expensive side but still its worth it.Food - as far as north indian food is considered , the taste is not what youd expect. Alot different that what I used to have in Delhi. But thats how they do it in Mathura .

Great place for a short stay! The room as well as the hotels was very neat and clean, the staff was friendly and i got a great deal on the room, the food was also good and the location of the hotel made it very easy to visit all the major spots in the city with cheap e-rickshaw without much hassle, the nearby food joints were also good.

Decent hotel as per the locality, staff here is not at all friendly neither have any sense how to talk they don’t understand English neither they know how to greet their customers. Rooms are so so not worth spending even 700 for this hotel usually it costs more than 2500 per night.

Great experience...as per location... its very near to all temples....only you need to choose the right path to come this hotel.... otherwise you will have to face lots of police barricades bcz of safety issue.

Looks good from outside..rooms are good looking. No basic facilites .Hot water tap NOT WORKING .(You have to say 30min before using it. I did so still they prOvided 45min late .)From my room reception number was not ringing.Rooms were smelling bad.No water glasses were provided.Water jug was no opening .Reception staff no at all co operative.Food quality Very good.Over all bad experiences.P.S.:- they dont have lift service .if you are accommodated room on second floor you have to use stairs only.
