Food quality is superb and the price is also good.Budget friendly and a good place to eat.Its a self serve restaurant and I think that helps maintain affordable prices.

Room service and rooms are decent but the guy at the reception who sits after 7:00 am is just a pain, he has an attitude and behavioural issues, i have travelled a lot and all hotel staffs are trained to speak politely and not to pass arguments but that guy, he just knows how to talk ridiculously and how to misbehave, he is one of the most pathetic person I have came across, but the other hotel staff is very nice like Manjit from front desk and Rakesh from room service and all others, rooms are wonderful and hotel is situated in a decent area! Worth to come, I hope next time i dont see that person misbehaving!

Good, Self service Restaurant, but very less items in Main Course..

The sweets prices have increased recently and the quality has gone down. We purchased sweets on Rakshabandhan and had a real bad experience. When complained, the owner reacted as if he knew that the quality will surely go down during festivals.

This 1 star is only for the good food. The rates are quite high. The behaviour of the staff at the cash counter is not acceptable ~ this review is only for the restaurant

Decent hotel to stay, rooms are clean and big enough but not very lively! You may feel a little low or dull! Just my opinion! Rest its goos to stay, they charged us 2.5k including tax for 2 person, per night! Yes one thing, location you may not like it, as it stays very very crowded but this property is very good, way way better than many available in mathura!

Hotel is good and the rooms are also nice but the facilities are not up to the mark.1) No room serviceYou need to go down in common canteen to bring or eat food. Any other type of room services are not available except room cleaning every day in morning.2) They charge for providing extra 2-3 tea packets.3) They dont have small rooms for Cab drivers to sleep. My driver slept in car for almost 2 nights.(Almost every other hotel around has this facility)

This one star is solely for the years of trust I had in the brand name of Brijwasi for we had always bought all our sweets from the same. Went to Centrum yesterday to find few flies dead in the glass covered sweet counters and bought takeaway chowmein noodles today only to find them so spicy that one would lose his taste buds for lifetime, trust me! Almost burnt my tongue with the acidic spice loaded in the bowl, I would have easily been in some hospital for serious gastric issues with the amount of spice they put in it. I dont think I would be able to gather enough courage for a next purchase. Really disappointed.

I have ordered fried rice, ras malai and masala dosa...In place of rasmalai they offered me raj bhog..The taste was not up to the mark and inner part of raj bhog was white and no kesar... Fried rice was sour in taste and in dosa they put some white potato without other ingredients and the sambhar was tasteless... Expected better taste but they failed..

Degraded quality and customer service. I ordered 1 kg ghewar and asked the guy to out some part of ghewar in a different small packing which could be a patty box or a raj bhog plastic bowl. But they gave the extra ghewar in a ploythene. After requesting the floor manager there, he said they dont have packing box for such small quantity.. pathetic. I had to give that small quantity to someone who was hungry and was in need. Brijwasi please improve and dont be greedy on small penny things like packing etc.

Never ever go there, all are paid reviews. place in Mathura. Was travelling from Delhi after looking online ratings visited Brijwasi centrum hotel near bus stand and station. Trust me that 1 visit ruined my entire trip. Order 1 pao bhaji and 1 matar kulcha for me and my wife after waiting for around 40 mins my token no got flashed and went to the counter to pick up my food there was only pao bhaji so i kept waiting and after waiting for another 10 mins I enquired about matar kulcha executive said it’ll take another 15-20 mins so i asked we ordered 2 items and we are a couple shouldn’t we be eating together you should only flash the token no when the entire food is ready and there on the counter there we around more than 20 unsatisfied customer expressing their grief and asking about their food. One of their staff “Rawit” responded yahan to aisa ho hota hai khaana hai khaao nhi to jaao, i was shocked by his reply i asked for a refund he again replied rudely and said hum refund nhi denge after again waiting for 45 mins on the counter I collected both the order and was back on the table. Just before I could start eating there was a fly in my pao bhaji. I wanted to exit quickly , while exiting I asked for washroom and trust me that was much worst than a bus stand’s washroom.It’s a hell of mathura.

Very bad hotel, actually its not a hotel its work like dhramsala you get rooms but neither any room service nor any foods. They just bluffing to people at the name of hotel. Also they force to pay full amount during chek in time. Its very bad experience with this 3rd class hotel.

No proper management at all seen while using washroom. As theres a single toilet seat with no flush working and also no toilet paper was there. Worst service provided , managing only the building ,no hand wash or sanitizer was there

After being suggested from several people I had dinner this night.The food was good with fare price but the only thing i felt not good was the token system. When it comes to Indian dishes, you cant really predict how much naan/roti you would need to eat the veg main course. I had to go over and over again to get the token and have naan/roti which wasted a pretty good time.I dont think this will be successful in the long time.

I was at this place almost 4 hours and I wasnt bored at this place love its all things

Heres the food quality is too good . I think you try to chek this brijwasi centrium you will also heres space and fooding system and food taste is too good. This is on road and near to junction station about 1.5 kilometre from the distance of junction.

I had a one night stay in Brijwasi Centrum. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was courteous, linens were clean as expected during the travel in covid. Washroom was clean too and sanitized. Per staff rooms were already sanitized but i requested them to sanitize the room again and my request was catered. It was a good experience staying at Centrum. For travellers looking for a safe stay in Mathura during covid I would recommend this property. On groundfloor you will find the Brijwasi restaurant cum sweet shop, that is a pros as you dont have to roam around for Mathuras famous Brijwasi Pedas. There is proper parking facility too. For now lunch, dinner wont be served in the room. But yes you can bring food from the ground floor restaurant in your room.Mathuras famous temples Shri Krishna Janam Bhoomi and Dwarikadjish are near by...i would recommend to take private Autorickshaw to visit the temples..avoid going by your car to avoid rush and parking issues.
