[Feb 2020] Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Bought a wardrobe from them. A few months later, the rear panel of the wardrobe started giving up and I called to get it fixed. I had to make more than 100 calls to get the work done and worst thing is that, during the course of work, some of the panel on top of the wardrobe, which fills in the gap between the ceiling & wardrobe, was taken down. This panel is supposed to be replaced and till now they havent done the work. It’s been more than 3 months now and they are not picking up the call either. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. Its a pain in the a**![Jan 2021] As of today, above said rectification work neither carried out, nor a commitment from them to get the work done. Its been over a year now.
