First, survey existing residents, see what are available and what are not. If bought from non RERA registered developers customer interests are not secured. Bottom line in sales brochure that says specifications are subject to change without notice nullifies developers promises and customer expectations.

Complete package. Didnt have to spend too much time in the process. Could improve in finer details like finishing and leak proofing.
