I have awesome brownie cake on order. It was our anniversary and ordered the cake a day before and got such an awesome cake delivered. I will recommend this place.

This place has the best Apple crumble pie. The place is off the main road but not difficult to find.Food in general is good and pocket friendly. The apple crumble pie, cheesecake, pancakes are great.They make great masala tea too, just too sweet for my taste so one must ask them to adjust the sugar as per ones taste.

Amazing place with a great host babajj and his wife. Chocolate pancake is a must to have. And yes they do serve very delicious cakes.

A true Hippie stop over, considering it is situated on the Kasar Hippie Hill. Baba ji, the owner and his lovely French wife Uma Devi Nath and their truly adorable daughter try to give you the best time there with all their love and compassion. Lucky to see the entire family together this time. Known for its epic, scrumptious Apple Crumble and Bannoffie Pies. Their sandwiches are very delicious and appetizing too - specially cheese tuna. I usually spend 3-4 hours at this place on any given day in Kasardevi. Have their Ginger lemon honey and the natural Himalayan herb drinks for a good flushing of your body. The tea they serve is one of the best, most balanced tea I have had in a long long time. Never seen an owner before who regulates the functioning of a place and the operating timings according to the wish of the people chilling there. Yes, there is no fixed opening-closing time, itll be open untill you want to chill there. Fabulous hospitality!!!

Best place in Kasar Devi to chill and have good time with friends and family. It welcomes all and has the best cales and muffins in the world. Do try their Spritzers too and don’t forget to ask for the Banofe Pie as well.Fun tip: Try out Baba’s Paneer/ Aaloo paratha too it’s amazing. And ask for the GFC as well along with it 😉

The apple crumble at this place is simply amazing, baked to perfection by a German lady. This tin-shed place is located at a distance of ~1km from Dolma restaurant (Dolma - Mohans Binsar Retreat - Baba Cake on the left).

Loved the banofie pie but found the famous apple crumble to be too sweet. Slightly expensive too, but not that much relative to other cafes around.Pan cake was good but quite heavy. Tea was amazing!

Didnt have food but did a recce of the place and found the ambience a bit shabby. In Covid times it didnt help in building confidence to eat outside either. Except one of the owners, no one was wearing masks or maintaining social distancing. Though the BABA of the cafe was polite

Certainly a nice place with history of amazing experiences & joyful evenings with good food & cakes however the new set of history for near future seems to be in process. Recent behavior from a few regular customers at Babas Cake who are living in kasar for quite a time now has been quite harsh and bullying in nature to others living around, we would suggest realign the desired behavior that suits the ecosystem of kasar for all, thats all, looking forward to the change as the ones involved in bullying must understand that acceptance is everything, good wishes baba, cheers!!!
