This is །ཨེ་ཝཾ་ཆོས་འཁོར་གླིང། Ewam Choekhor Ling, a Drikung Kagyu Retreat center in the Vajrayana (Tibetan Buddhist ) tradition. Grounds and Mandir/Temple are not open to the public except for special events (Tibetan New Year, Teachings, Dalai Lamas Birthday,etc). Please do not disturb the solitary retreatants in residence below the Gonpa/Mandir.
