Really bad customer service

I wished they could tell me to bring the level of water down and clean the whole swimming pool back wash it and fill it up with clean water at the end instead of them selling me products(in all 140$) that they knew they wouldn’t clean the pool. Did their water analyze ever tell them that there’s no product to address or fix a customer swimming pool issue?Good thing I like about the store: a bunch of young guys who take the time to answer all the questions and ask the team lead when in doubt.

I regularly maintain my pool to an optimal level and needed a few products just to bring the levels up slightly. Every time I leave this Trevi it’s a $140 and up charge. The salesman did a water test and was very pushy on buying much more than what I needed. They sold me a $69.99 (9 kilo) product where I only needed 2 kilos? They told me they had no other option and had no smaller size in the entire store. I find it extremely hard to believe especially as they made no effort to check. They did the same thing with another product where I needed 1.25 kilos and tried to sell me a 6 kilo product. DIDN’T FEEL LIKE A CUSTOMER BUT A MONEY MACHINE!

Most expensive of all pool places visited. Salesman didnt know his stuff

They do not respect their own contracts. They also give themselves the right to damage anything on your property without taking ownership as soon as you sign the excavation document. Charged me an extra 3,000$ on top of the contract signed ans damaged a car in the driveway. In order to remain honest, I do have to say the pool is great, but the company rotten.

Im okay with this place Im just not happier that the younger staff and do not know all the parts for a well I had bought some items and I could not return because of Covid. The parts they gave me were the wrong so I spend over two hundred bucks on Parts when I only needed a $25 part.

Never feel so offended. They just care of you to sell, after you sign the contract you are on your own. The director (Mario) just transfer my call to another department without asking and/or answer my questions (rude). I hope to have my pool installed soon (after long wait) and forget about this magazine/company.Thank you for your answer but wasnt how thing happen and we both know it. I understand that you need to answer negative review right a way. Actually you kind of yell Im not in charge of the schedule and bum transfer the call.

On m’avait dit travaux de deux semaines et les travaux de piscine creusé on duré plus de un mois et demi . Excavation un cauchemar c’était un vendredi pm pas nettoyer avant de partir ça m’a pris un 20 heures de travail supplémentaire car travail vraiment mal fait. En plus des butchs de cigarettes partout sur e terrain et verre café vide . Avec des photos à l’appui envoyé au vendeur, j’ai jamais eu de retour de quoi que ce soit . Ils s’en lavent les mains vu que c’est un sous traitant mais je trouve ça encore plus degueulasse qu’ils envoient un sondage de satisfaction que j’ai reformulé les plaintes. Encore une autre fois sans aucune réponse. Un coup que vous avez payé on se fou pas mal du service donné. Service après-vente un gros zéro plus jamais j’irai là

Je suis content dacheter ma piscine chez trevi mascouche, jai pas de pression, lagent il étais sympa, ma répondu à toutes mes questions, un grand merci à Mr Tommy Laurin surtout que mon achat était 100% à distance, jai pas déplacer pour voir la piscine , je donne 5 étoiles pour toi tu mérites, mais pour linstallation jai pas aimé léquipe parceque quand je pose une question , la réponse est:Est ce que tas payé pour ça ? Je trouve que bizarre !!

Very disappointed with the service, I bought my pool in December 2020, they came to install it on May 8, on my invoice there was $ 1175 + tx for a turnkey installation. When they left my house the pool was not connected to my water heater that I already had (they were aware) because they did not have the necessary fitting. They did that in 1:40 they didnt even take my new staircase out of its box, I had to climb it myself, didnt install the hose for the backwash. And told me to call my salesperson to send someone else with some fitting to complete ... I called, emailed with no answers. I finally went there to complain. they sent me a technician the following week to fix it. But he didnt have the right fitting either, so when I finished filling the pool and started the engine, the hose that was held with a silicone tap came off its hinges and sprayed me down :(. So far, 3 weeks later I have probably sent a dozen emails all over the place and called as often and no one has come to finish the job yet. The water was getting greener and greener then, being a woman alone single parent, I had to hire a handyman to hook it up I went to buy the missing fittings. In addition, my pool is a little sunken near the skimmer and Im still waiting for someone to come see if its dangerous. I will never do business with Trevi again. Served after sale rotten.

Never buy from this place its the worst service in the world. Since the start of the works,all complaints that have been made by my spouse are thrown in the trash, pool not cleaned to date. The person who came to explain the operation of the system refused to repeat a few details because I was not present from the start (due to teleworking), so he refused to clean the pool. We paid a fortune for the concrete that was just cracked, a total waste of money. The after-sales service is non-existent, more than that, it asks us to refer customers to them, what an aberration 😤Important for the person who will respond to my comment, no need to ask me to send you an email or to contact you, we have done it several times but without any response, too bad.

Very poor customer service. The representative forced us to take the measurement for a canvas replacement and delivery to finally remind us and say that they no longer needed the measurement and that we could pick one up in store. We never got back to tell us that the canvas was ready, only to find out with the store manager that the canvas had never been ordered. We did an in-store transaction again two and a half weeks ago with him and I havent been able to reach anyone since. Really maddening service.

Dont do your pool shopping at Trevi. They are courteous to you in purchasing. After that there is no more service. They do not respect their engagement date on the pretext that it is the weather. Instead, shop at pool club or elsewhere. The after sales service at Trevi especially in Mascouche is poor.

We purchased an inground pool this spring with Sébastien and we were more than satisfied with the service received. We got answers to our many questions very quickly, whether by email or phone, and we never felt the pressure to choose a pool or an accessory. Even after the initial deposit was made, the service remained impeccable and we felt well taken care of. We bought a pavilion on April 3rd. At the time of purchase, we were told that if we paid for it in full at the time of purchase, we would be given priority for the delivery which was scheduled for June 28, which was still quite late given the purchase in April. What we have done. It is July 22nd and we still have not received our pavilion. It is impossible to speak to someone during the call, you have to leave a message, I have left 3 messages and no one calls me back. Once I diverted a call through the rooms and I was transferred 4 times and the person told me that I should receive it around July 15th, still nothing received and especially no one notifying me of a next deadline. We wanted to have my money quickly at the time of purchase, but the delivery was in no hurry. I believe that the representative who sold me the pavilion should follow up with her customers on the delays. As far as we are concerned, this is the last time we buy from Trevi.

This is a replacement for my Trevi brand pool after 27 years of good swimming without repairing the 24ft above-ground pool structure. I had bought a good FAiT product in Quebec !!

Worse service any purchase combined. Pool purchased in December 2020 and end of May 2021 still not functional. Poorly installed plumbing, wall sagging, etc. Beware of this company because if you are unlucky and have problems you will wait weeks to get a tech. I want to know nothing about this company and following the advice of OPC I sent them a formal notice to collect their pigs.

Rotten after-sales service Trevi Mascouche. The representatives are there to sell, once sold, we deal with our problems! I went to pick up my pool myself at the warehouse on April 17th to avoid delays .. it gives me the wrong stairs. The same day I called and the agent told me he was going to order it and call me the same week. No return call after 2 weeks. I call, and speak to the manager who tells me that there are no orders in my file. He assures me hes taking care of it. No feedback or follow-up with him either. I remind you, are we transferred to an agent on leave ?! I finally decide to surrender and the new manager says its back order and doesnt know when hell receive it. It is innaceptable

Really good after-sales service. They sold me a chlorinator for $ 1000 and its not providing enough chlorine in my pool even though it is at the max. Water problem clouding, bring a sample of water and we will find your problem they said! Unresolved issue and $ 500 of product spent for no results! I had no yard opening or closing pool. Trevis, I dont recommend it at all!

During our process of purchasing an above-ground swimming pool, we were accompanied by Serge Gignac who really acted as an advisor and not as a seller! He first greeted us by questioning us to fully understand our needs. Mr. Gignac also took the time to answer all of our questions! He even went to Google Map for our house so that we could measure our land and make sure that the choice of pool we were going to make would be adequate! Another important point for us: we never felt pressure and we did not feel rushed by the arrival of other customers! This is great!
