Ark Tiles is a must visit place if you are looking to tile your house. They sell Neom branded tile which is a product of Brilloca, the manufacturer of iconic Hindware. I felt the price here is pretty reasonable and staff professional. Price of tiles seems to be 5% more than other local branded tiles which seemed fair to me.
