Not maintained at all. Disappointed. The flat is not clean. Amenities are there and the owner is also generally helpful however given the rooms, furniture’s, kitchen etc are not clean it’s not a pleasant stay so far. The location though is nice. I would not recommend it for a family stay.

A large, well maintained residential complex in Marna, Siolim. Primarily a residential complex with some units rented out by their owners. Consists of villas, row houses, apartment buildings and swimming pool, with a jungle at the back. A bird watchers paradise and also frequented by black-footed grey langurs which are endemic to the Western Ghats. Very relaxed surroundings, great location from the beach hot spots and 8 mins drive to Mapusa via Ganeshpuri. Friendly, cheerful neighbours and evenings are full of children’s laughter...
