This restaurant closed at markham. Its no longer there. But their food is amazing
Was wonderful for years I loved their coconut chicken curry(chicken madras) but since that was the only thing I ever ate there and they took it off their menu I dont dine there anymore. Speaking of which if anyone knows a good place for chicken madras please recommend 💕 really miss my favourite dish
I love the food there!! Its very delicious, the guy was friendly, he topped up my sauce and last time he gave me lots of chicken!! Totally recommended !
Always have a great experience here. Food is fresh and service is great.
They let you try the curries before you order so you cant complain about that... Its nice that they have combos that allow you to mix 2 dishes together. I thought it tasted alright nothing special.
Worst experience ever dealing with an Uber issue, the staff and mangement did not offer any help with the situation. If this is how bad their service is I can imagine their food.
I used to think that Im the worst cook but no I just paid for the worst indian food. Food is cold, no flavor, and you have to take a dive in to find some lentils in dal makhani!!!! And we have to pay for naan on top of that!!! Its outrageously priced with no customers skills or taste. I am truly disappointed.
Butter chicken was soooo dry. taste more like tomato soup than butter chicken
Its permanent closed
I never taste anything so terrible like this. I ordered the butter the chicken with rice, OMG the chickens were so so dry. I bet the chickens were not fresh. The butter chicken sauce iwas barely warm. I have Indian food before but not like this. This place need to change. Honestly
The food was served luke warm - very bad, and the portions are so small. I dont understand why anyone would frequent this restaurant - except that they advertise on groupon and people dont know just how bad it is! The service was slow too - I was asked to wait 10 minutes before I could be helped. There was only 1 other customer there. Avoid.
Worst experience I ever had...I was standing and checking their menu on the screen to understand what thye have since I visited for the first time..I saw tempting name of aloo tikki chaat and couldn’t resist to order that..the two ladies on the billing counter had no civic manners at all ..they started giggling listening my order as if it was something out of the world..that was so damn awkward..pathetic service and experience..Never going to head towards them...
Really enjoyed the food. The portions were huge. Not too spicy hot.
Butter chicken is so dry, sauce is okay. lemonade taste kind funny.....
They sell stale food... Got a take out yesterday and when I checked at home, the food was smelling bad... Ended with a severe case of food poisoning...Avoid this place... Terrible
They offered a free taste before I ordered and a free drink after my first time ordering
I used to love Amaya Indian Room, but since they closed down, this Amaya Express will have to do.
They lied to me about the spice in the food. I was going to buy to feed my baby, and they keep saying there are not spicy.. Not a honest shop at all
Staff is overly friendly, too much sometimes. Food is delicious but youhave to wait forbit and it is a little expensi. But naan breads and lassie juices are delicious.
Lol definitely not real Indian food, and as others have mentioned very stale food.
It’s okay
Chicken is dry, naan is stale and oily.
Always habe a great experience here. Food is fresh and service is great.
I agree with another post, the food wasnt great we wasted most of it and the people are dishonest, i would never eat at this place again
Like the lamb stew the most, other dishes are alright
