First time getting my dogs nail done and flea treatment. Everyone one kind and caring. We miss our old PetSmart groomer but think we are going to be very happy here.

Called this location to make a grooming appointment for a bath and haircut before my coupon expired; my usual location didn’t have any openings. I was so pleased when she told me that she could get my dog the appointment in time...little did I know she was scheduling me for an appointment at a different location over an hour away!! I didn’t find out until we showed up at our appointment, only to be turned away. Sadly disappointed in the lack of concern or effort to provide worthy customer service to the client.

They have a wide selection of brand name and generic products that are good to high quality for all your pet tending needs.

I tried to return expensive dog harnesses and even had the tags,but no receipt. They refused to give me money back but would give me a gift card. I probably wont ever go back again. $43.00 down the drain.

Got a good deal on a 10 gallon aquarium. Ordered last one online and picked up at store the next day. (I ordered in the morning and it was ready to pick up the same day. I just wasnt in town to pick it up until the next day.)

Rude customer service in front of my 2 young kids on their birthday trip to pick out new birdies... called before we came.. yes, we have 8 parakeets... got there and the rude rude girl says yes we have 8 but we wont sell them until tomro... rude is a nice word.....

After making my am appointment for grooming. On the first call I told them I had a two month puppy. On time I forgot shot papers. Went back home and got papers. Then was told she had not had a rabbi shot. Not until 4/4/31 will she get this. We will not be going back.

We took our 9month old goldendoodle Hemi for his first haircut and grooming. When we rescued him he had not had a haircut since he was born and his hair was long and matted. We shopped around for grooming services and PetSmart was the least expensive and had multiple availability options. Booking the appointment online was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and we were very happy with service. We will definitely be taking Hemi back for his grooming and pet supplies.

I suddenly discovered that my dog needed flea medicine after escaping to the yard. When I went online to order it, the Bot suggested that stock was low, and I might want to check another store. I went ahead with the order, and it was delivered to me curbside! My dog is much more comfortable. I LOVE the cooperation I got on this urgent issue.

We really love Marions PetSmart! We always find what we came for and the prices/sales are great. Friendly employees and clean store. We certainly will shop there in the future!

Variety of pets for low cost maintenance, food and actual pets

I took my miniature American eskimo in she had got into some stickers on her belly and we needed them shaved off because she was ingesting them and choking violently. I was told to make an appointment for tomorrow which was a stupid suggestion anyway also was told they had no appointments for today .Problem was theres nobody grooming anything and theres 2 girls working in there.I went ahead and purchased a muzzle and clippers and went back home and shaved her belly. My suggestion take your business elsewhere I know I am.

Ok place even some better people. Some of them kinda know what their talking about( well atleast read about). They seem to talk about more on facts that i can read about more then the facts that can actually help someone in the long run( and this is in the fish department). And there is these two ladies that work ing the fish department i dont even know why they work in that department. They really dont like selling the fish. They will ask a million questions about why you are buying that fish and then they will tell you its a horrible ideal to own fish how its cruel and it gets old so i just go in there to buy Rosies as feeders. Yeah they see me walk in and they get they guy that works there. For tho give that guy a raise.(guy, long hair, works in the fish department) shout out to you

Excellent assortment of all things for all pets. Good assortment of fish, small mammals, birds and reptiles. Sparsely staffed, usually with teenagers eager to help, but short on experience. They do dog grooming and seem to prioritize this service.

I was mostly satisfied with PetSmart as a whole, and the one here in Marion has staff members who were very friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars if they had a better selection. I want to buy a dog collar for my dog but was very unimpressed with the selection. Sure why have a lot of different brands and sizes, but theyre all generally the same thing. Ill be ordering what I need online I suppose.

I called the petsmart in marion indiana and asked if they had small cans of authority cat food for ages 11+ yrs because they had 1 can a week ago and the truck came today. The cashier told me yes. I asked again if its for ages 11+ yrs old. She again said Yes.So it only took 5 mins to get there and I go get the cat food and there was no 11+ yrs can food on the shelf. I asked to see the manager. I explained to her that I was told there were soft food for 11+yr old cats. She went in the back to check. She comes back out with 2 cases of soft food for ages 7+. Insulted my intelligence trying to tell me its the same as the 11+ yrs soft food. I told her the food for older cats has more protein in it which my cat needed. So she says, none of the 11+ came on the truck. So I Told her I dont want those and I left. There was a spot on the shelf for the 11+ food. So Ill just order online. Petsmart needs to train their managers better. And not insult peoples intelligence.

I adopted my cat, Dasher, from this location last autumn. He is the best cat I could have ever asked for and Im thrilled to have him in our family. I also purchased all his supplies from this location and utilized the adoption coupon booklet that PetSmart gives to adoptive pet parents. The staff are all very knowledgeable and want only the best for the pets they care for.

Great, friendly staff, if not always the most knowledgeable. Grooming center always seems to be short staffed and its difficult to get an appointment. Beware of the store brand fish tanks and dog toys, very cheaply made. However, very kind return policies even for obviously used merchandise.

Every time we go in there are dead animals. We have told them and they act as if they will take care of it later. We have called and complained to Corp and they actually took care of the problem. Shop locally art in motion great place.
