The food was so good and I got the lunch special and it was great along with the price. There are also a lot of very interesting table games. The atmosphere is very warm and entertaining. You can enjoy here by watching sports and games. Nice crowd. Great pub food and friendly staff. I would definitely go back.

Drinks staff was an absolute joy, polite and awesome (on this sat night - Kudos to Sophie). Other staff were all more than helpful. The venue is one of my favorites as it is spacious and just has a great atmosphere in general helped by nice people.

Excellent service, amazing group of games to play like pool and darts, air hockey etc. Only issue was a girl hussling everyone for smokes the entire night, I get shes a customer but would have been great if security would have told her to leave.

This is my favorite bar to have a drink while in Highpoint centre. They have a good range of beers and cocktails are delicious and well priced. Looking forward to spending more afternoons in their awesome sportsbar. Thanks for the great service guys..!

Highpoint Hotel or I would also call it The Sportsbar at Highpoint is amazing it’s atmosphere is amazing, the hotel clean and free of smell and the staff are out of this world. Cam in for Christmas lunch and the staff made it enjoyable and relaxing. Definitely will be informing my friends of the new local change. Those all managers & staff on the floor are keepers really changed the customer experience game for me.

Love this place. Warm and friendly staff and the atmosphere is great. Never any drama there and if there’s any problems the staff are onto it straight away. Would always keep going back there. The meals are great & drinks are at very good price.

The new Highpoint hotel looks great, very approachable and much more relaxing than how it was before.The area is modern and spacious, the arcade games and pool table area is nice too.We ordered the steak and a pizza on Sunday and it was greatDrink prices are good too

Very reasonably sized cheap beers during happy hour, pleasant staff and a tidy establishment. Only thing for me was as a smoker was unsure if I could smoke outside and a signed, designated area would have been a great addition to my overall experience. B+ would trade again.

The pork ribs were fantastic! So tender! The reef and beef scotch fillet was good, but not amazing. My friends and I were not a fan of the battered prawns covered in the cheesy cream sauce because it caused the batter to be very mushy and glugy.The vibe in here is so-so and you need to go collect your own food from the kitchen collection point, which is not great if you are in the middle of a conversation with friends when your buzzer goes off. The prices are standard, so I think they should bring the food to the table (I dont mind ordering at the counter though cause you choose the timing for that and it saves splitting bills at the end) .All up, I enjoyed my dinner and I would consider coming back for those ribs.

Not a great experience. Meals came at different times. Parma came 20 minutes after my mates Parma. Had to go up to the window to ask as I thought they may have forgotten it. Chef was eating tomatoes out of the tray. and my meal was nowhere to be seen. Finally received it, Parma was great however chips cold.Really sub par stuff..

Got the $12 Burger and pot...lovely burger...yummo!

I have never come across such rude and inappropriate staff before. Just when I thought things couldnt get worse, the security guard came over with hostility and racist remarks because I was trying to make a complaint. When I finally got to speak to the manager, they were more interested in ignoring me and wouldnt give me any details to make a complaint.Worst experience I have had in a long time.

Thank you Highpoint Hotel for the Christmas Lunch, from the moment we walked in and saw the table decorations we knew our family was going to be treated, the food and the presentation was just perfection, The bar staff and Ash just lovely, and of course Santa, thank you for the photos and all the games, We will see you next year !!!!!!!!!!

I really want to like this place but have lost all hope. The biggest problem is the service. After all these years and an awesome reno the service still sucks. Ive spent so much money here over the years and never felt welcome but last Friday was the last time never again. Just to get a drink from the pokies side is impossible then was told to order from the bar side still waiting the staff in the corner talking well aware a customer is waiting but still no response. Such a bad vibe and seems like the workers dont want to be there.

They really have done a great job in design as it has just about everything.Sports screens to watch your favourite sport. And a great special area for Tab. Next time I go there I am to try a Parma and combine that with a hoyts movie ,I think the highpoint hotel is going to take off.

Staff are rude and they made dramma that power goes out anytime and told us to leave venue around 11 pm which was not true. This imcident happened on last Tuesday since then we started adding one more pints but security came again and started telling same thing that power goes out but it did not. There must be announcement or notice as I am from same suburb but nothing was true. They wanted not to have customer inside and took ages to make order even there was not busy time. Feel like staff were not interested to serve. And around 12:40 am we were about to finish and go home but then security started arguing as I was telling the drama of power outage and he dragged n pushed out of the venue ended up calling police as feel like assulted.

THEY HAD A RESTRAUTANT. THE GOOD FOOD AND ALL BUT AFTER THE DAY THEY HANG THE GOOSE INSTEAD OF PAYING IT
