I went two times to port my mobile no, but both times they replied that they don’t have ore paid SIM card,only post paid is available.But on same day I got sim from another shop.

Good service. Very attentive staffs. Even if the counter staff is not sure of anything. They request us to wait and take things seriously to get us a solution...

Have to wait alots when I visited as there vr no much crowd also they told to wait simply their service towards customer is poor and employees working are not generous and other people had to wait simply outside and there vr only one employee rest of the seat vr vaccinated

Crowded, the service is good, but the information sometimes is unclear. Information is given only if asked. Service representatives seem busy or unaware of all the minute nuances of client queries. They finished my issue in an hour, I would have liked a more customers centric rather than company centric approach.

One of the worst airtel store which I am continously visiting to sort out my one airtel plan connection.took one airtel connection in Dec 2020..took new Sim whose bill should be part of one airtel, but even after many complaints I am getting separate bill of 400+ every month, without paying airtel wont take any action on adding that new number under one airtel plan. They havent provided setup box which should be part of the one airtel plan. Ban airtel and move to other networks.

Very wonderful experience. Staff was very helpful. In view of the covid-19 pandemic they were practicing good hygiene, social distancing, and wearing masks. The staff seems abit unaware of their own policies and ways around the system. They have a lot of difficulty answering questions and for a place that crowded with 200 questions from 200 different people I think they need to be a bit more well versed

Its 10:20 am in the morning and counting, the Airtel authorised partner store is still not open. Two weeks back switched my number to Airtel and the service executive charged me Rs 520/- for sim and unlimited 84days pack. Till date the recharge has not taken place. Today I traveled again 20kms just to enquire again in this closed store. What a service #AirtelIndia #switchtomyplan

Nice facility in Airtel store

We went an hour before closing and it was quite busy. But staff did a pretty commendable with the crowd. They set us up with a 3-month prepaid SIM card in decent time. This is the main Airtel office in Margao. As a foreigner you’ll need your passport. And FYI pin code means postal code in India.

Ported my number from idea to Airtel. For the process to be completed a recharge has to be done from this stores end. Even after a visit to the store it isn’t done. Now my outgoing as well as incoming services are barred. Very bad service in the first week itself.
