Having a very bad experience, biggest mistake of my life is I bought a flat from him. Promised delivery in 2019 but still pending till date, and delayed for already 8 months as per agreement. Never fulfilled his promises. I would strongly suggest not to buy a flat from him. Please think 10 times before buying flat in quepem. Shivam.

Bought flat at Shivam but till now no possession has been given till date which was supposed to give in Feb 2019 very poor workmanship of carpentry and still struggling to get the flat and very rudely behaved and a big lier and do not believe their sweet talking , have filed complaint in rera on them,

Great place to live!

I have major issues with the property in Benaulim, Sea Gull Retreat.- The maintenance is not up to the mark.- 5 years maintenance contract by the builder which we paid for, not seems to be in existence.- The pool is not cleaned periodically and is open for outsiders.- No landscaping at all.- Security only at night and he sleeps most of the time. Our House was robbed once when the security was around in the compound.- No day time security.- The worm pit is smelling and a breeding ground for insects.- Garbage is not cleared on a daily basis.- The STP system is not working and the water smells.- There is not Water if no Power. Dont know how the water is connected to power.- The supervisor is useless.
