Had placed an order for a memorial picture of a late relative.1. Pricing - Expensive.2. Poor customer service and rude staff - Since it was during the COVID19 pandemic, mask wearing was mandatory. The receptionist was wearing a mask but the female staff upstairs wasnt wearing one, although they expect everybody else to wear a mask which was clearly written on a paper on flimsy rope to enable social distancing. The female staff was coughing incessantly despite not wearing a mask. Upon asking her why she was not wearing a mask when the customers are expected to wear one she replied its more than enough if the customers wear a mask I think that this was a very rude, unprofessional and negligent response from the staff of a well reputed photo studio. I did not argue as I wanted the picture to be good.3 Picture quality and editing - Good photo and ok editing. Frame was good and looked sturdy.4. Good overall communication via whatsapp/email. They also sent me a soft copy of the edited picture upon request.Wouldve given a better rating if the customer service and overall experience was better!
