Place is good for quite peaceful shopping. Good collection of cothes specially in ladies section choices are great good quality and reasonable Prices.

Rude staff at the payment counter. I asked if they could check for an L size - lady and man said - no - straight up. Please train them on manners.Special note to the rest of the staff near the clothes wete courteous and assisted when asked. Thank you .But with the people at rhe counter -who are rude and Ill mannered , Ive decided not to ever buy from fbb. Used to be my favourite. Not any more.And parking is a challenge.

I go there often as I prefer their shirts for me. I love them. My family members also go there for their requirements.

Products are good but staff is really rude and has absolutely no manners whilst talking to customers. This is NOT how a retail store is managed! Pathetic culture!Basically we have to come pick up what we like expecting no guidance or advice of any sort from the apparently sale staff. They dont even bother to come to help. Shall see you struggling from a distance but still wont feel the need to help you. Understandably these are covid times but its common sense if you are opening a store and allowing people to shop, we would require service too.

Yes! Ill give only one star... because I am really happy with the quality of all the outfits! But I wont give 5starts, as the staff is so rude there.. specially the lady outside the Ladies trial room whose name is Faizul! I was waiting for my turn and she came and told me to go to gents changing room! There were many people behind me, but she told only me... This was so insulting! If she had told me politely I would have gone there! Its high time you have to change your staff ! Do kaudi ke log yeh, aukad to nahi hoti inki lekin Grahak se badtamiji se baat karte hai! Service bilkul bhi acchi nahi hai.. Main to jaungi hi nahi vaha dobara!

Iam Akshay , few months back I have purchased shirt and jeans from fbb margao, and first I made payment through google pay but cashier/salesman said that money doesnt reached to them, but my bank shows that money is transferred to them and my balance is debited.Additionally they told me that money will revert back into my account and told me to pay by cash so I did so . But till now no money has been refunded.

Costly and less collection. But materials are good quality.

They have a wide selection. I sometimes stop by just to browse through with what they offer at the moment. You are bound to get something within your budget for sure.

Dull ambience.. they are saving electricity I guess..(thats good also) but affect your buying mood. Also they dont hv much variety.

Best place to do your shopping. Recommended for everyone. Men women kids n so on. Whenever you go there check out for latest offers going on.

Place is good. Apparel found was good enough but one staff member was a bit rude. Didnt want me to check for more clothes. He lied to me saying 36 size is not available although I saw atleast 4 more pants of the same size. Probably, he didnt like me to check more clothes so its less for him to fold afterwards.

Visited FBB Margao ,around 6.45 pm this evening of 9th February by the time I surveyed the blouses and wanted to try them out just around 7 pm in the dressing room.the attendant said I could try out only 3 outfits which is understandable if there was a crowd but there was no one..I was prepared to try 3 and then come out again and try the next 3..but no..I was not allowed to.There is an imp aspect called common sense that was totally lacking here.The sad part was that the manager also was not aware of the rules and the timings of the place.Sad!!!

Very bad experience. The staff lady was illmannered at the trial room. And spoke so rudely saying you cant enter the trail room twice.infact person who entered before me also entered twice. So if you have rules pls maintain it for all. O put up the board outside trail room saying you cant enter twice in trial room. So threw all the cloths I hd selected and left fbb n will never come there again. Youhave lost your precious customer forever. Also pls teach your staff to be kind to your customers.

Worst store, employees will told you to leave way before closing time of store, counter cashier will behave as MD of FBB, may be that is what FBB train them for.

If compared with Westside this clothing store do not match the services with them . Should be more in a organised way and should treat the customer in more effective way as in Westside or other famous clothing store. Its expensive and varieties are all for home use

Good quality clothes,caps,ties,belts are available for men and women at reasonable price,they also provide clothe for kids.They have pretty good staff,they are really helpful .They also exchange clothes if the customer has any issues.Only problem is the counter as it is always crowded.other than that it is a pretty good place to buy clothes.I recommend you to give it a try .

I am a regular shopper at FBB,but one thing i very much dislike is that they dont give you a cloth bag to take your purchases home,when you question them,they proudly inform you the same is chargeable,Rs 19.on a purchase of rs 999 cant they offer a cloth bag free.

The price range is also attractive and affordable for the college-goers or persons with tight budget- but expect the quality of the materials also to be likewise. The colours fade the fastest, so you have to either wear them sparingly and avoid sunlight or shed them like the reptiles do of their skins often too soon! And, and- God knows how they manage to churn out so thin and light fabrics, with the lightest possible GSM (gram/square metre) of their clothes! The last time I shopped, they charged me for the paper bags as well, which had their name in it but I thought a footwear brand was fined very recently for doing the same. Still, you can bet on fbb and go ahead to fill your wardrobes with the latest fashion wear from fbb.

Hi friend this is the good place to buy a new clothes for everyone of your family and its in center of Margoa city and rate also reasonable you should visit this place.

I would have given 4 stars. But my experience was bad. I left the store within 10 mins as was sweating. Management issues I guess cause the staff also were asking the in charge to switch on the AC but he would not. Sad for the people working there. I saw a no. Of people walking out of the store grumbling. The icing on the cake is the in charge is telling it is not going to be repaired. Not even consoling the people. Straight answer it is not going to work. SAD

My favorite place to go shopping. Tops tees dresses jeggings Kurtis name it and they have it. They have a lovely Traditional as well as western collection. They also have lovely accessories. And the best part is the kids section, youll find the cutest clothings for kids here

Clothes are reasonably well priced and are of great quality, the place is crowded and their central AC doesnt work I suppose, staff is very helpful. This is a perfect place for middle class citizen looking for -value for money clothing.

My cousin sister and I bought some jeggings for my cousind daughter this morning. In the evening she went back to her a size bigger of the same jeggings. The guy at the exchange counter told her she will have to pay 500 rs extra for a different size and she when she asked why, was told thats the way it is. She was in a hurry and almost paid him the 500 but then saw both the prices together and asked again !! He saw her face and said oh sorry maam my apologies no need to pay. She was so shocked at how easily she could have been duped!! This morning the sales women were so friendly and helpful I was very happy with the service but this just changed it for me !!! So be careful of your exchanges here
