Mr francis has no value for his words . I had given my Yamaha amplifier for repair. He charged me 4500 . After repairing Francis told me to bring it back when it doesnt power on ,he specified that he will do it for free of cost No warranty was given only said with his own words that it will be done free of cost. I had taken it back 3 to 4 time but was send back saying comeback with the amplifier when its completely not powering up.. finally when it went completely dead I went to universal electronics mr francis changed his words saying that he never said that. And was asking for 1500 more money . What a cheat person . Greedy for money no value for his own words . Disgraced goan .

Terrible service provided here! For your own sake please avoid dealing with them. They just months just for a basic service. staff are extremely unprofessional as is the owner who does not care about customer satisfaction. #Yamaha needs to remove him as authorised service as should other brands

Guys if you love your electronics dont give it here. You will get a very pathetic service. Very rude and arrogant staff. Unprofessional. I ignored the other reviews and went there and regretted. Your product will be gone for months and there wont be any updates. And if you call them they reply rudely..

Poor service & a rip-off. Had given a DVD for repair. Original cost of the New DVD was 2600... After almost a month after repeated follow-up, Cost of their repair is 3000/-Not Recommended!!!
