In 8 years what did they do? One tower still in construction, one tower is constructed but not registered to the owners, 3 towers constructed with no maintenance. The maintenance is collected at Rs 2/- per Sq ft and if we have to see any maintenance it needs to be viewed through a microscope. 1. Waste Management - You would see the waste has been sacked and is kept in front of the tower (photo attached) 2. Security 1 security for 3 towers and 2 security at the entrance ... basically no security anyone can walk in and walk out as they please 3. This is a place where mosquitos are bred... Water is clogged every where (different photos attached) 4. People throwing waste every where as they please . In case you dont have a card to access the building just tell the security and they will open it for you 5. Food Delivery, the only place where the residents get their delivery at the door step, no security and no register and zero accountability.IF YOU ARE READY TO LIVE IN A PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO SECURITY, NO MAINTENANCE, NO PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL WHERE STRAY DOGS BARK AND CHASE YOU, BUT STILL PAY YOUR MAINTENANCE - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.. SOMETIMES I FEEL THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS COMMUNITY HAS ZERO MANNERS AND WANTED TO JUST DESTROY YOUR PEACE.... I WONT RECOMMEND.

It is better to live in a slum rather than inside the so claimed luxurious apartment in the heart of Calicut. The Management is not responsible for anything here in the Landmark World Apartments. The fools are those who have paid the maintenance on time and the clever are those who havent paid any maintenance. The waste has been climbing, cluttering and having immense issues with regard to the health of the people inside landmark. Find photos of the same. 1) Poor waste management 2) improper security and much more. They are washing their hands when it comes to all these and when it comes to owners taking charge, they are not able to cope up with all this issues inside and they are not able to understand how to manage. It is time what we take action. Issues inside landmark are, heavy mosquitos because of water clogging, bad STP treatment plant, improper waste disposal etc, 4 securities for 5 acre township where lives are not safe, improper maintenance of lifts and improper terraces, kids play area and unsecured basement parking. If you are reading this, we would recommend you not to invest in any of the properties of Landmark. Beware of being trapped by unethical and invalid promises. DO NOT INVEST IN ANY OF THE LANDMARK PROPERTIES

Staying here for the last 3 months, I would like to give you a honest review.1. Very bad service.2. Unprofessional staffs.3. Maintenance is bad.4. Elevator is always under. maintenance(anytime you may get stuck in an elevator).5. Sub standard gym with little or no equipments6. Insufficient recreational areas; that too will be under maintenance most of the time.Also you should notice, no coffee shops or restaurants near by, no supermarkets or grocery shops near by, isnt a proper bus route, internal roads and pathways are always under maintenance.Do not recommend this place to anyone

My wife and I rented a fully furnished one bedroom apartment here for one and a half months. The apartment was excellently furnished with all important amenities like a mini fridge, oven, washing machine, geyser, TV plus full furniture. There is also a waste disposal service, swimming pool and rooftop terrace which can be used at no extra coast. There is also a generator so theres no need to worry about power cuts. There are also many shops and facilities close by. The only thing I would suggest is to have a slightly larger parking area.
