I ordered and paid from harman-audio.ro a product that was in stock on the site, and after 3 days they called me to tell me that it is not in stock.Such online stores that confuse shoppers should be closed!JBL High Power speakers did not have any model in stock - what kind of JBL sole distributor in Romania are you if you do not take care to have the basic products in stock?

If its still a pandemic, lets make fun of people because we can, right? In 2019 we wore a pair of JBL headphones with a certain defect, it seems irreparable and from a manufacturing test, they replaced them immediately. 2021, the same defect, on another pair of headphones but bluetooth, they asked me for 50 lei because the defect is my fault! +32 courier?!?! ??! The person who contacted me, a naughty man who was constantly talking about me. I told him that I had the same defect in another pair of headphones, identical, he pretended not to hear, he was holding his own, that it was my fault. Im still trying to get my product back from them!
