You delayed for 3 months - i called almost everyday to ask when it would be replaced and you told me youve ordered it- and then called me to collect the laptop. Conveniently it was closing time and you didnt let me check the laptop in the office and insisted it was working but not charged.Foolishly, I paid you in full.I took it and it turned on with loud beeping and the battery wouldnt charge. Then I brought it back and you opened it and we saw it was a DUPLICATE motherboard. Then you told me you didnt replace it yourself and someone else did it. WHY did you send it somewhere else?You assured me youd get a original and took another 3-4 weeks. Then the laptop wouldnt turn on and you had misplaced/used (for someone else) my RAM. You found the RAM after 2 more weeks and then gave me the laptop with a lot of SCRATCHES and DAMAGE. You told me it happened during transport. Again, why did you send it to someone else to replace? In all these months that you had the laptop, apparently the battery got spoiled as well because it wasnt used/charged. This means YOU spoiled the battery since it was with you. But you rudely told me you didnt have the time to keep charging it so I should buy another one. I told you to remove the motherboard, give me a partial/full refund, and call me. I kept calling to check the status - for months - and finally gave up.Its been 6 years and the laptop is still with you.The worst part was I saved up for the repairs for a while and you fleeced me of money, time, and peace of mind. THIS is why your business is unethical. As far as customer satisfaction goes, every time I came to your office there were loud angry customers shouting about how you cheated them.(I also have the entire WhatsApp chat backed up where all these details can be verified. Smooth talkers. Big promises and never deliver. Use fake parts and charge exorbitant rates. When the product fails they refuse a refund or to repair. And then deny using fake parts even when evidence is provided. Worst experience ever!!
