The most Unprofessional team of PeopleI gave an Xbox One to check the issue, they said they would need to keep it for testing for a couple of days. Got a call back mentioning that it cant be repaired. My brother picked it up as I was out of town. Upon checking the internal contents, found out that they removed my 1TB SHDD drive and slotted in a 40GB broken drive. Luckily I had photos of it prior to this.Immediately sent the owner a message, and he was kind enough to rectify the issue. They later returned my drive and gave a reason that it was misplaced.Very unprofessional, low level cheap team of technicians. The owner should review them and take actions accordingly. Avoid this place at all conditions

Not professional enough. The team’s customer service ethics are down to the drain. To start with, the associate seated just at the entrance for laptop repair / services is full of attitude. I wonder at 9:45 AM, just 15 minutes soon after the store opens for the day, attending to one customer prior to me in the entire office space, I come across a person like this associate who is un-professional to the core on all parameters. Something like this is very unusual, I assume he is job security disturbed / family issues - nothing that I am under a loss at!! I did not ask much, while just a normal routine laptop check post stating that I could wait until this very un-professional associate was done attending to the kind customer before me. I left the store not thinking once as I was sure someone would be at my service. The associates attitude and un-professionalism is what made me take this on social media. Not forgetting the loss he made for his own company which I am pretty sure there have been many other customers walk out on the associates face previously. I wish the owner of Margao Electronics to look into this on priority basis. I am sure associate cleaning would definitely be required.

I gave my speaker for repairs in Sept 2020 to the technician there and he kept giving me the run around for months by not answering the phone. In April 2021 I asked him to return it if he cannot fix it and he started texting me rudely late at night. Then I find out that he gave my speaker to someone else after this and because I posted my ordeal on Facebook, the owner now refuses to give my speaker back. He claims Im making false allegations and am being paid by someone to spoil his reputation. Very egoistic. Cannot take any form of criticism.

This place has been the go to repair for ages... It can considered to be the last option if you cannot get your product anywhere online as they charge multiple times than online price... The staff seems to be to tired of their jobs... If you have come down here for repairs then it will take days to get it done...they even start ignoring calls...the repair guy never seems to be present at any time.. The shop however is well lit and maintained properly... The road to this shop is also very bad and no parking for cars...

Had a couple of bad experiences whit these guys. The first time I gave my SONY portable speaker that had a loose USB port from where you charge the speaker, I gave it to the repair shop and they lost it!!! After a lot of back and forth, I finally had to forget about it and bite the bullet that its gone, I feel they sold it, it was an expensive speaker! The other time is when I went there for a RAM upgrade. Bought a brand new Lenovo i3 10th generation and he said that if he opens it, it will lose its warranty but in the maintenance site of the company they say you could open it if you would like to clean it so, obviously, they dont know what they were talking about and another thing he said wad that i possessor the i3 wouldnt support or would use only 20% of a 16 Gig ram. He didnt bother to see that it was a 10th gen possessor and can easily support 16 Gigs so he lost out on business that I gave to Amazon and did a DYI to replace it. If he only reads a little about evolving technology! I open my task manager and sometimes see my ram consumption up to 64% and above! Sorry but beg to differ with some of the reviews.

From my previous experience, ive know margao electronics to be a good store, but recently it appears that staff responding to calls doesnt have knowledge about what they are selling.Please take this as constructive criticism to improve the service of stores. Persons should atleast have knowledge of compatible hardware especially when handling calls. Otherwise this is the most trusted d store in margao for tech enthusiastic people.

Not professional enough. I expect quick resolution of my technical problem instead for waiting half a week. Parts were not available and they were demanding a day for a task that required 15 minutes. Company parts were not guaranteed and you would at most have a jugaad part for your system.

Had a very bad experience with the person dealing in laptop repairs, his attitude is that of a bus conductor, he will lie to you a lot and try to increase the cost of the repair, and when you try to question the estimate he will deny to repair the laptop very rudely...talks in a very arrogant manner, no moral or eithics at all... however the PS3 department in the same shop where I gave my gaming console to repair were very polite and decent in handling my PS3.

Great place for buying DSLR camera equipment. I purchased the Nikon D5500, with 2 lenses, camera bag, 1 8GB memory card...and because I had to wait almost 30 minutes for it to be delivered to the store...the manager gave me a second memory card, free.Very friendly and helpful staff. A must visit place for buying photography or computer equipment. Highly recommended.

I took playstation 3 from margao electronics 3 years before for 16,000 and when now went there and asked i want to sell ps3 and i will give 9 game cds they says we will take for 3,000 ...and for new ps3 joystick says 1,700 .... Better online for less price ...they only make money dont care of people...

You barely can see the shop from the Main Road..... Just a few banners about the place......The Service here is moderate..... Make sure you check your phone properly after you receive..... As theyre experts in replacing your original parts with cheap china quality parts.......

Please avoid buying any electronics from this store. A USB I bought from here broke in less than a week. They dont have authentic products and overcharge you by putting their own prices.

Also before that I had given my play station 2 fat model to repair, since there was a game disk stuck inside. They opened the console and took my brand new disk and said that the console is broken and cannot be repaired. Bloody thieves... Chor

This is the situation.I had bought 3 speakers from the shop so after a year before the season starts i gave the speakers for servicing however when i went there to pick up the speaker one speaker the tweeter was not working and the repairing guy said its working perfect but i can understand am not that stupid later he was trying to convience me that it is working perfect the sound was not right nothing however the owner can and he said that the tweeter is not working. that means customers are nothing for them?later the repiaring guy was checking and then the speaker blew off and smoke started to come from the speaker and i knew that its gonna take time to repair but today its 2 months the speaker is not repaired and also the guys are not talking to us properly at the reception they just hang up the phone before listening to us...first thing if they cant repair a simple speaker how can they claim that they provide best service for me to go to the shop is spending 1000 rupees and plus time waste...Now as we were a regular customer there and after this incident I would never recomend anyone about this place...Being a customer if I get stressed out because of this crap then guys be ready to face it...And i guess chacha the repair guy have no knowledge about how to repair things...
