Very worst internet speed (both download and upload) in east tambaram irumbuliyur. In a month only 5 or 6 days got average internet connection. Both money and time waste.

If you hear the word Limras Euronet, please do not go for it, even there is no other service provider at your location, its worst at its best, service is very very very poor, any problem they will take days to resolve it and they wont tell whats the problem when it will be resolved, please do not go for it...

There is one Mr Shekar who sweet talks for you to take connection and never answers phone call later. Not worth the money paid.Such unprofessional services !!! Worst service providers ever. Worst server availability and worst ever customer service. Very low bandwidth which cannot even cover the household area. Ive subscribed for 100 mbps plan but what Im getting is 8 mbps. Worst ever streaming quality, I cant even stream a YouTube video even with 360p resolution.

I have taken a connection with local franchise from common network Pvt ltd godavarikhani -Karimnagar - Telangana and strange experience..dont go by words..I took 25 mbps connection and its always fluctuate between 3 to 12 mbps.....cheating franchise..never responds my call

Very very worst customer service in kanchipuram (mytv) and not even worth for one star but there are no other options less than that. No response from anyone and internet speed will be very slow as they provide old ONU devices even if it new connection. But still they say they have bought new ONU only for us. Seriously dont opt for this connection and waste your money. Not worth it.

Least trustworthiness. When the connection was taken, I was told that deposit amount will be a complete refund. Now I am moving to different connection and now am told that there is a depreciation of 20% for every year of usage. Fraud....

I stay in muthapudupet with family.The guy who provides service in my location is very rude and didnt even listen to the issue I was raised and shouting he said there are 4 people having the issue and I cant do anything with it. Really bad service, in the eventuality that your connection works its really laggy and fluctuates a lot. Customer care doesnt take complaints seriously and take their own sweet time in responding. Theres always some problem or the other. Would recommend ACT or Hathway other than this service

Worst provider ever. WiFi doesnt work most of the time, on complaining, they just say, well send technician soon and how soon no one knows. Every morning and night, WiFi stops working.

Took over my connection from Raajnett and then 2 weeks downtime, worked fine for 1 week and again there was some downtime. So when the connection comes without problem its unmatched but when they have issues they take a couple of days to fix. Your patience will be worth it though!

I am using limars eronet for 3 months now, the speed is as per plan I am getting 100mbps no issues. Online payment through their BMS APP is good. If you forgot to renew on time, after recharging from the app, the internet connection resumes instantly. Overall I am satisfied with their services.

WE are facing internet slowness and complete outage of it for the past few days ,when we try calling the office number there is no response ,I hadve this internet to work from home and this is really frustrating and very disppointing to have a ISP provider who seems to be not accountable for its customers..

They have taken 2 k rs for device security deposit (refundable). I am discontinuing the connection. and have intimated them in DEC 2017. Till date they have not refunded the money. There costumer care now do not respond properly to me. They even do not let you escalate matters to their manager. Please dont give and refundable amount to them. Sure you are not going to get back.

Third rate Piss poor ISP (Limras from Chennai).The first couple of months of my new connection worked well. However, when problems started, oh boy did they keep coming! They are throttling speeds big time. I dont mean 10%, which is acceptable variation. But this is 50% to 90% throttling of speeds. FTP/SFTP is throttled. Torrents are throttled. Anything but youtube, or Microsoft and likes of same are not throttled. And of course the speed test websites work wonders, always shows 80-100% of your speed. Reality sets in when you download something!Run away from these Ethically challenged clowns!

I can say this is the worst company... Initially the customer support was so excellent then time goes they showed their real colours, no proper response from then, poor connection, very low speed and today Im writing this review by completely irritated because of their service. I have another point to mention here now, one day when I reached their support office in person at shozhinganalore I saw technicians were hitting each other use unparliamentary words inside their office having me a customer of their service. So I strongly recommend not use this company nor any of their service.

Very poor and inconsistent connection. Unfortunately, this is the only ISP in my area so I have to bear with it. If you have other options, go with them. Even if you buy a plan for 1 month, 10 days they have server maintenance so they dont provide internet. I chose a plan for 100MBPS but the actual speed is upto 600kbps.

Very good optical fiber net connectivity . Speed as promised . Plans are nominal and better than others . Go for it. Dont look on negative, just try it and see .
