I called to enquire about blood sample collection today precisely at 1:21 PM. Female who picked up phone rudely said we don’t collect and slammed phone on my face. Employees reflect whom company is recruiting and what service they want to give. Very pathetic and highly objectionable staff behaviour.Will never use Thyrocare in future.

Government should sue such labs and stop the service on sos basis.Used hand gloves and swabs for RTPCR Covid 19 test were lying in a huge stock with the fresh open Packs of handgloves and unused swabs.The operating girl has no sense of sterilization or medical hygiene.Go there only if you want to invite Covid 19 infection.

Terrible - I called to ask about the process for covid test as I need before flying. Woman answered the phone with just a hello (I had to ask if I was speaking to Thyrocare), then when I asked to talk to someone about the covid test she said we dont do and hung up the phone.Incredible unprofessional service - especially as their website HEAVILY advertises the covid package !
