I am very old customer to rekha boutique .may be 15+ years ..but yesterday had bad experiences with staffs there ..very disappointed...they wrapped my 5I salawars with a brown cover.(like dry cleaning.brown cover) ..not even cloth or brown bag with handle.....we have better good shops in city...

I was a long-time customer of Rekhas until the day they refused to do a minor alteration for a ready-made salwar I purchased. Furthermore, the tailor seemed to make a mistake with each alteration and the owner (Rekha?) made a snide comment to my face, believe it or not, that they ought to stop such alteration requests for their customers.That was the last day I patronized the store and they lost a customer that spent close to 20K in business there over several years. Their designs are dated and they have a serious attitude problem with customer service. Their price tags are hefty too.Overrated.
