Near to the railway station. Location is in the quite part of the town. Rooms are decent. Bathroom is ok. Little more maintenance could help. Very slow wifi.

Location of hostel is good and people working there were polite and good but there was no sufficient number of washrooms, no proper wifi and mosquitos all over...

My stay was amazing on 23rd of august the staff is very kind and helpful , theyll make food for you and run small errands for you.BUT...The whole staff has developed covid symptoms from that U19 kerala football team staying with this hostel for months. After speaking for hours with the team they told me that they all are covid positive and their were no precautions whatsoever even the staff knew about it t but their were no warnings whatsover.Now i am covid positive and my whole family got infected from me.Because of your irresponsible behaviour my whole family is positive.Please keep your hostel closed till everyone recovers.Your irresponsibility may kill someone.Also your beds smell really bad.

Its 350₹ per person per night.... bunker style bed... 6 ppl per room... room were clean... Its quiet outside... Staff was good.. Owner seems like a good guy.... Good experience overall....

The hostel is situated in a serene location yet it is accessible within a 100m off the main road. Rooms are good and caretakers as well. A very pleasant experience overall.

Best place to stay in Madgow. Very neat and clean hostel. Clean washrooms. Very good and nice staff. Hostel in very good location. Very cool and calm place no traffic sounds.Very close to railway station, walking distance.They have kitchen too but nothing special available except bread omlet or tea, for lunch or dinner we have to go out or order online.Two wheeler parking available. Filter water available. And other good facilities also.It was comfortable and nice stay.

Both the nepali caretakers are responsive, esp. the guy with glasses and are quite great to talk with. Both deserve a raise. For a hostel, pricing is slightly expensive for 6 sharing rooms. The location is quite fabulous. Very silent and located in the by-lanes but accessible to the busy road. Bunk beds and drawing room are fantastic. I would surely like to stay again at Monkey Minds, the next time I visit Madgaon. I would have given 4 stars due to pricing but giving 5 just because of that main caretaker. Neville, dont ever let him go, such well-mannered and well-informed caretakers are rare to find and definitely deserve a raise.

Not the best in amenities but this place is worth it. biggest advantage is its proximity from madgaon junction. stayed here for one night till all my friends had arrived and that night was not disappointing.

Had a good experience here and the staff were nice and the owner was kind enough to help me when I needed to reach there even at midnight 2 am. Definitely going to this place next time.

A nice little place located close to Margao railway station for budget backpackers, the place is nice and well maintained, the staff were very nice and helpful, i chose the non-AC dorm which was very hot tbh since its summer i recommend go for rooms with AC, theres a functional kitchen where u can cook your own food, bathrooms and toilets are pretty clean too. Overall a place Id definitely visit back.

This hostel is in walking distance from railway station but in a calm residential area. staff is really friendly and they have laundry service also.

This is the best and most affordable place at madgaon. I visited this place two times And both time it was very awesome. Its like a hostel and have hostel beds.. Over over the other .... It have both AC and non AC rooms at very affordable prices. Like 350 per person for non AC and 450 per person for AC rooms. They have some games like UNO and carrom which you can play. It is just a walking distance from the Railway Station. It is very good place, it do not have lunch and dinner facilities but you can have your breakfast here. If you are a single person or 2 I would suggest you to stay here. It is very affordable. 💕💕💕

It was nice experience to stay in monkey mind hostel.It nearby Madgaon railway station.They have fridge , oven , toaster...all the kitchen stuff...Staff is just so friendly...Clean place and no noise from outside...I made 4 friends there and had lovely conversation with them..

Good for pit stop, if your train arrives atMargao station

Beds are ok . But bathrooms are not clean and i didnt find the hosts to be very helpful . Located quite far from bustand and beach . Getting a scooty rental was also too difficult. Might be difficult for girls to get along.

Im originally living outside of GOA..and working in kuwait..i came here for some work and was stuck cause of the pandemic that all of us are affected of.I need a place to live,while staying here.Honestly its hard for me to find a good place.Thinking of what is happening in the world brings me stress most especially at my situation now that i cannot go back still in kuwait..People nowadays,getting sick cause of dirt and not having a proper hygiene.So i was afraid and need some good and clean place to stay.Luckily i have found this place!The place is very clean and very pleasing to the eyes.The place is refreshing.I feel so comfortable while staying here.Ambiance is good and silent...The service is awesome!😊thanks to Monkey Mind for having this kind of experience that i will surely remember!😊 I will surely recommend this to my family and friends.And im looking forward to come back here if ever i will visit GOA again 😊😊

Poor quality service. I read all the reviews and then selected this place to stay. Feels like all the reviews are scripted here. If youre staying here, get ready to collect some dust in your backpacks, youll have to wait for ½hr minimum for someone to come and attend you. Thank me later

Staff wont guide you if youre lost. Mostly they wont even pick up the calls. No boards on the building except for a sheet of paper on the window which says monkey mind. Please change these things so that tourists like us arent lost
