Got a keyboard replaced... The original price for the keyboard is 900 (checked on google) and the price he said was 2200. Total cost 2500. It wouldnt have been suspicious if he charged more on service charge rather lying about the price of the keyboard. Not recommending here.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Not so tech savvy people, stay away from this place! Im writing this review on behalf of my friend who gave his laptop for hinge replacement and got it back with a faulty display. There is a big black dot on the display after giving the laptop to this store, making it nearly impossible to use. A black dot wouldnt appear on an LCD screen magically, unless someone tampered it. Which clearly happened from the technician side.Theyve been trying to convince him its not their fault and were asking for proof. A store, especially one that repair things starts to ask for PROOF to its customers SHOULD BE AVOIDED at any cost. If the laptop had a faulty display they should have added this as a remark in their bill. A good service center should have noted this first and added to their remarks. Please dont try to fool people.

Though the person at the sales point wasnt that friendly or eager to help. The people at the service point was quick and very helpful. I believe all the regulations associated with the pandemic was also kept in mind here. Happy with the service today. Had my laptop fixed in a jiffy with minimal wait time

Very bad experience with this service center. Given my laptop with only keyboard complaint .. keyboard issue replaced b, ut got new issue now no batter back up. The laptop battery was returned without a battery issue. Nannakkan 3500 rs aakumennu ... so do double think before approaching the center .....
