I’ve lived in their apartment for over a year, the advance was very low and the place was located in a very good location where the air circulation is very great. Trust me you don’t even need an air conditioning for even summer in their flats. The service is very good and the place is very economical with is surrounded by trees. You can just close your eyes and buy their property. They’re that good.
