A boys mess located near by Kendrapara Autonomous College behind department of botany . Most students are from Kendrapara autonomous college. As it is located near by Vidwan +2 Tutorial, so 4th name is Vidwan Mess. Some also call it as Bileswar mess as it is very near to Bileswar Mahadev temple . Students are very good but the mess is lacking a study atmosphere. Overall good experience
